The large living room and kitchen have sliding doors leading to 2 covered terraces, providing plenty of shade in the summer. There is a ping-pong table and a petanque court, along with a gas barbecue (Weber). The property boasts a delightful private pool with an outdoor shower and a spacious fenced terrace. Multiple seating areas in the garden invite you to read or enjoy a glass of rosé, and the mature vegetation truly evokes a Provencal feel. The villa is ideal for couples and families, with or without children. Sliding doors from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom open up to the garden. The kitchen connects to a cozy outdoor dining room with a dining table overlooking the pool terrace. A large parasol is available by the pool. The property is peacefully situated, offering complete privacy. The surroundings are characterized by vineyards and olive groves. INTERIOR
Les Délices du Sud accommodates 8 people, with the option to expand to 9 people upon request. The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated (26°C) and fenced pool, and stunning views over the valley and the Estello vineyard. The property is located 1 km from the center of the charming village of Lorgues. With a living area of 195 m2, the villa is spacious and tastefully decorated. The 2600 m2 plot is fully fenced and includes a south-facing private pool. The layout of the villa is as follows:

– Entrance with a bright living room overlooking the pool and garden. The living room consists of a dining and sitting area with a fireplace and provides access to the semi-open kitchen. Amenities include a TV with multiple international channels, a DVD player, a radio/CD player, and of course, Wi-Fi internet.
– The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, large freezer, stove with four induction burners, oven/grill, microwave, narrow dishwasher, and coffee maker (filter and Senseo). Sliding doors from the kitchen lead to a cozy outdoor dining room with a dining table overlooking the pool terrace.
– On the ground floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. The bedroom also has a spacious walk-in closet.
– Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
– Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have double beds and built-in wardrobes, sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are on the first floor. In bedroom 2, there is an additional pull-out single bed under the double bed, making the accommodation suitable for up to 9 people or for 3 children in one bedroom.
– A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, 2 cots, and 2 high chairs are available.
– All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have at least one window with an insect screen.
