EXTERIOR
Villa Stephanie is a spacious house in Vidauban with a beautifully landscaped garden and private swimming pool. The property is 2500 m2 and completely fenced. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and gas barbecue.
The pool has a size of 10x5m and in the early and late season it is also possible to heat the pool. In the high season, the pool water has a lovely temperature on its own.
Next to the pool there is a spacious pool house with a bar, sink and refrigerator. The pool house is connected to the house by two arches, giving the house a U-shape. This allows you to enjoy the garden in optimal privacy. Around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
At the front of the house is the entrance gate and spacious parking. The house is located on a beautiful nature reserve, where you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips. The coast is easily reachable from the house. The beach of St. Maxime is 25 km away and St. Tropez is 35 km away. The pleasant village of Vidauban is 3.5 km away.
INTERIOR
Villa Stephanie is a beautiful Provencal villa with private swimming pool and well-kept garden. The holiday house has a spacious living room with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The living room has a TV, DVD player and Internet (Wi-Fi) is available. From the living room you enter the half open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large American fridge with ice maker, Nespresso etc. There is an utility room and separate room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom with balcony and a view of the pool. The room also has a separate walk-in closet, a private bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet.
On the ground floor are three double bedrooms, two overlooking the pool and one overlooking the garden. The room overlooking the garden has a bunk bed and a folding bed of 200×90 cm. The other two bedrooms have a double bed. The 3 largest bedrooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with double sinks and a shower and the other with a sink, shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall.

Zeer goede woning. Goed verloop van het hele reserveringsproces. Lokale beheerder spreekt geen woord Engels, dat is jammer.
