Welcome to Villa Roucas, a charming villa located in Vidauban, nestled in unspoiled nature and surrounded by majestic umbrella pines. Here, you can enjoy peace, privacy, and modern comfort—perfect for an unforgettable holiday. The fully enclosed property offers a safe and serene environment for families and friends, with plenty of space to park multiple cars.
INTERIOR
Upon entering through the hallway, the right wing leads to a cozy living room with a fireplace and a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with all conveniences. You’ll also find the elegant master bedroom here, featuring an adjoining dressing room that provides access to a luxurious bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.
The left wing hosts two comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The third bedroom uses the shared bathroom in the hallway, which includes a shower, sink, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the hallway.
EXTERIOR
