Welcome to Villa Roucas, a charming villa located in Vidauban, nestled in unspoiled nature and surrounded by majestic umbrella pines. Here, you can enjoy peace, privacy, and modern comfort—perfect for an unforgettable holiday. The fully enclosed property offers a safe and serene environment for families and friends, with plenty of space to park multiple cars.
INTERIOR
Upon entering through the hallway, the right wing leads to a cozy living room with a fireplace and a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with all conveniences. You’ll also find the elegant master bedroom here, featuring an adjoining dressing room that provides access to a luxurious bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.
The left wing hosts two comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The third bedroom uses the shared bathroom in the hallway, which includes a shower, sink, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the hallway.
EXTERIOR
The outdoor space at Villa Roucas is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Heel tevreden!
We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad in Villa Roucas. Volop genieten van een mooi afgewerkt huis en prachtig huis aan de rand van een natuurgebied.
Heerlijk ruim huis aan de rand van een natuurgebied
Wij verbleven hier in augustus 2025 met 3 volwassenen en 3 kinderen naar volle tevredenheid.
De woning en de tuin zijn ruim opgezet en het interieur is van zeer hoge kwaliteit, er is gebruik gemaakt van hoogwaardige materialen.
Het terras en zwembad zijn meer dan groot genoeg met gedurende de gehele dag genoeg plekken in de zon of juist de schaduw.
In de lijst met kenmerken van deze woning staat dat er een tafeltennistafel aanwezig is maar dat bleek niet zo te zijn, geen groot probleem, maar een kleine teleurstelling voor de kinderen.
De eigenaar woont naast de woning en is zeer behulpzaam maar respecteert de privacy de huurders.
