Villa Riabelle is a detached holiday villa for eight guests, surrounded by nature and tranquillity. The property is set on a 4,000 m² plot filled with Mediterranean vegetation and features several terraces, both by the pool and shaded alongside the house.
Inside, the villa is tastefully decorated with light tones, wooden accents and an open, airy layout. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sitting area, television, fireplace, and large sliding doors opening onto the terrace. This room is equipped with air conditioning.
Adjacent to the living room is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. It includes: an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a central cooking island and a Nespresso machine.
The villa offers four bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 180 cm, 2 x 160 cm). The first bedroom on the ground floor, positioned to stay cool during summer, has its own en-suite bathroom with double sink and shower. The second, very spacious ground-floor bedroom features air conditioning and an open-plan bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink and a private toilet.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and double sinks. On both floors, there is a separate toilet located off the hallway.
Outside, you’ll find the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with Roman steps and a depth from 1m10 till 1m40, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. A covered terrace features a large dining table and a summer kitchen with built-in washing machine and BBQ — perfect for long evenings outdoors. Several seating areas around the property offer both convivial moments with your group and peaceful corners to retreat with a book and a glass of wine.
There is ample parking space on the property. The garden is fenced, partly with wire fencing and partly with electric wire, and has an access gate.
Villa Riabelle is located in the heart of the Provence Verte, just 4 kilometres from Cotignac — a lively and much-loved village with a beautiful central square, excellent restaurants, wine bars, artisan shops, and a weekly market. Nestled against an impressive cliff face, the village exudes an authentic and welcoming Provençal charm.
