Description
Villa Quadrille is a modern, comfortable villa with a heated private pool, large sun terraces and a separate lower-level apartment. The property is quietly located in a green setting near the Provençal village of Lorgues and can accommodate up to 6 guests (main house) or 4 guests (lower apartment), depending on the chosen option.
Outside, you can enjoy the long terrace, the spacious pool and the wide views over the lush surroundings.
The property is currently receiving a small upgrade during the winter season. New photos will follow in the spring, which will also show the garden furniture.
Interior – Main House (Upper Floor + Tower Room, 6 persons)
Villa Quadrille is spread over two levels and is fully south-facing. On the upper floor (entrance level) you will find the spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a modern open-plan kitchen. Large sliding doors give direct access to the long terrace that runs along the entire length of the villa.
On this level there are also two bedrooms and one shared bathroom (with shower and double washbasin). A separate guest toilet is also available on this floor. The third bedroom (the tower room) is located one level higher: a unique round bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).
All rooms in the main house (living area and bedrooms) are equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling), ensuring maximum comfort in summer as well as in the early and late season.
Interior – Lower Apartment (4 persons)
The lower level forms a separate apartment with its own entrance, but it can also be accessed internally from the main house. Perfect for grandparents, friends, or a family seeking extra privacy.
The apartment includes a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, and 2 en-suite bathrooms (shower and washbasin).
There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but manual fans are provided for cooling.

Exterior – Terraces, Garden & Swimming Pool
The villa is situated in a quiet, green area and consists of two levels, each with its own terrace.
The upper terrace runs along the entire length of the villa and is furnished with a modern lounge set, sun loungers, a BBQ and a dining table (updated photos will follow in spring).
The lower terrace offers an additional seating area (bistro set) close to the swimming pool.
The private pool measures 12.5 × 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.60 m. It is heated in spring and autumn (included in the rental price) and is equipped with a pool alarm. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and large parasols.
There is ample parking space on the private grounds.
