The Provençal landscape before you almost resembles a painting, changing colors with each passing season. You watch the sun rise slowly and the birds begin to sing. This is the perfect moment to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature.

The house features a wonderfully large pool and plenty of sun loungers. In front of the house there is a spacious covered terrace where you can eat in the shade on a warm summer day. The house is oriented towards the south and has a spacious living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms.
All three bedrooms are on the north side of the house, which keeps them relatively cool in the summer. All three bedrooms have a double bed of 1.60 * 2.00m and sufficient closet space.The two bathrooms both have a spacious walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
The outdoors is divided into terraces. At the lowest level you enter by car through the automatic entrance gate and by following a small staircase you reach the pool and the upper covered terrace of the house. There is a spacious dining table for 8 people both inside and outside and the kitchen has a beautiful American fridge with ice maker and water reservoir.
Locatie
The property is located 1.5 km from the Village of Lorgues on the Chemin de Train des Pignes, which is actually an old railway track that is no longer in use and which serves as a lovely cycle path between the villages of Lorgues, Flayosc and Salernes. There is a small, bumpy side street leading you up to the house.
The villa was recently built and is located in a small neighborhood of 3 to 4 newly built houses in the middle of nature.
It is an ideal base to explore the lovely Provencal villages in the area or to spend a day at the Gorge du verdon (40 min) or the coast (50 min). The cities of Cannes, Nice and Aix en Provence can be reached within an hour.

Steile oprijlaan
Leuke villa enkel de toegangsweg is niet toegankelijk met elk type wagen. De weg is hobbelig en gaat steil omhoog. Tevens zijn er werken op de toegangsweg wat ook niet helpt.

Bedankt voor uw reactie. Fijn dat u het een leuke villa vond! De toegangsweg is op het laatst een klein stukje onverhard, maar bij rustig rijden goed toegankelijk voor gangbare auto’s. De werkzaamheden op de weg waren tijdelijk en helaas buiten onze invloed. Hopelijk tot snel in één van onze woningen!
Leuke villa met mooi uitzicht
We hadden speciaal een woning gekozen met omheining voor de honden. Ter plaatse bleek de omheining vol gaten te zitten. Uiteindelijk opgelost geraakt door de beheerder. Leuke villa met mooi uitzicht. Beetje moeilijk oprijlaan.
Enkele aandachtspunten
Een heerlijk huis met alles erop en eraan. Grote pluspunten waren de enorme veranda, het uitzicht en het fijne zwembad. Nadeel is het feit dat er bouwwerkzaamheden vlakbij zijn, waardoor regelmatig lawaai overlast en een lastig te berijden toegangsweg.

Fijn om te horen dat u zo heeft genoten van de villa, het uitzicht en het zwembad. De bouwwerkzaamheden in de omgeving waren tijdelijk en helaas buiten onze invloed; de toegangsweg is een stukje onverhard maar bij rustig rijden goed begaanbaar 🙂
Mooie vakantie
Het boekingsproces verloopt heel vlot en aangenaam! Wij waren wel een beetje teleurgesteld in de villa bij aankomst en hebben die ook gemeld aan het Q Home team. Maar al bij al hadden wij een mooie vakantie :-). Het terras, zwembad en uitzicht van de villa zijn super.
