Nestled in the green hills of Salernes, just 2 km from the village centre, Villa Panorama is a spacious, luxuriously appointed Provençal villa. It offers an unrivalled combination of privacy, comfort and outdoor living, making it the perfect getaway for large families or groups of friends.
Exterior
The villa is set on a fully enclosed estate, accessed by a long private driveway with ample parking. The landscaped garden offers total privacy and is perfectly equipped for outdoor enjoyment:

Large heated swimming pool (12 x 6 m, heating on request outside the high season) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Expansive pool house with open beam roof, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ, a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table for group meals.

Private tennis court, petanque court, and various shaded seating areas in the garden.
Interior
Inside, the villa impresses with its brightness, volume and refined decor:

A spacious, light-filled living room with exposed beams, an open fireplace, and a cosy TV corner. A staircase leads to an open mezzanine with additional seating and a second TV area.

A modern kitchen with sitting island, finished to a high standard and fitted with all contemporary appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, American fridge/freezer with ice maker, Nespresso and filter coffee machines.

7 bedrooms in total, including 3 large suites. All rooms have double beds, except one children’s bedroom with a bunk bed.
