INTERIOR
The house is very comfortable and spacious, with a 254m² living space it can easily accommodate 7 people. On the ground floor is a spacious hallway, a sitting room with big French windows leading onto the terrace, an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen leading onto the terrace, a double bedroom with an electric double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, double basin and WC) and one single bedroom. You get to the single bedroom through the master bedroom, ideal for families with children. On the first floor you have two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and basin and a separate WC. All the rooms have electric radiators and 1 bedroom air conditioning. In the house there is a TV, a CD player, a DVD player and wifi internet. The covered terrace with garden furniture has lovely views and in the garage there is space for two cars. You have a big private 60m² swimming pool and a petanque court in the garden. The 4000m² grounds are fenced and allow you to spend your holiday in total privacy. A cot and high chair are available if required. The whole house has airconditioning.
EXTERIOR
Villa Lorant is located in the beautiful landscape between Lorgues and Saint-Antonin du Var, surrounded by a 4000m2 garden with a (heated) swimming pool (12x5m), pétanque and a 110m2 partly covered terrace. There are sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue and the villa is 3km from Lorgues, where you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher’s, fishmongers, supermarkets as well as restaurants and cafés). Nearby there are plenty of chateaux and historic buildings to visit. Don’t miss the local markets, like that in Lorgues on Tuesday mornings. The beaches of Fréjus and St Tropez are 35kms drive. Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers are an hours drive.

Een huis van alle gemakken voorzien
Door onze dochter en haar man van harte aanbevolen zijn we hier beland. Een huis van alle gemakken voorzien, ook voor slecht ter been zijnden. De leuningen bij de trapjes en het zwembad zijn door mij dankbaar gebruikt. Zoveel ruimte om ook met een rollator te kunnen verplaatsen. Mooi en functioneel ingericht! We hebben ervan genoten! De sfeer met alle maritieme elementen sprak ons als oud zeilers erg aan. Bedankt dat wij er gebruik van mochten maken. Manfred heeft ons steeds goed geholpen!

Prachtig huis
Prachtig huis met grote tuin met veel zitjes en heerlijk zwembad.
Badkamers en toiletten zijn een beetje gedateerd.
Gewoon top
We (een gezin met drie volwassen kinderen) hebben drie heerlijke weken mogen verblijven in de maand augustus 2024. Het zwembad ligt de hele dag in de zon tot zonsondergang. Daardoor een heerlijke temperatuur van het water. Buiten is het heerlijk lounchen onder de plataanboom. De lievelingsplek van onze oudste. Goede uitvalsbasis voor omringende dorpjes, voor mooie wandelingen in de omgeving maar ook voor naar de kust en vliegveld Nice. Een heerlijk rustige omgeving.We hebben heerlijk genoten.
Wij komen terug
Onze eerste ervaring met Qhome is erg positief! Goede communicatie, makkelijk boeken en ook ter plaatse goed contact met de contactpersoon. We komen volgend jaar weer terug. Het was zo’n fijne vakantie!
