Welcome to Les Rochers, a beautiful neo-Provençal villa, recently added to the Q Home portfolio and located in the green surroundings of Sillans-la-Cascade, known for its impressive waterfall and stunning natural scenery. Set in a peaceful area, you will enjoy privacy, space, and lovely views over the Provençal landscape.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is warmly and tastefully furnished. Recently built in neo-Provençal style, the property combines a fresh, modern feel with the characteristic charm of the region.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Les Rochers. The spacious swimming pool is the centerpiece of the garden and is surrounded by a generous sun deck with loungers. Several terraces around the villa allow you to choose a sunny or shaded spot at any time of the day. Whether you are enjoying long outdoor dinners together or simply relaxing and taking in the view, this is a place where unwinding comes naturally.
The owners have only recently received the keys to this home. We will return in early May for professional photography, but we have already visited and can say with confidence: this villa is absolutely worth it.

EXTERIOR
Located in a quiet residential area just outside the village, Les Rochers is an ideal villa for a family with children or for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday together in complete comfort.
The property offers full privacy on a fenced plot of approximately 2000 m² and features several terraces, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living at any time of the day, whether in the sun or in the shade. Directly next to the house, you will find a wooden terrace with a spacious dining table, a gas barbecue, and comfortable seating areas.
A few steps lead down to the lower garden, where the spacious swimming pool provides welcome refreshment during the summer months. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, and the terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the open views and wide panoramas. A wonderful setting to enjoy long summer evenings while watching the sun go down. There is ample parking space on the private grounds.
INTERIOR
The villa offers approximately 120 m² of living space and is practically and tastefully furnished. The front door opens directly into the living area, where a cosy sitting area with comfortable sofas and a TV is combined with an indoor dining area for cooler evenings.
The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living space and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals during your stay.
On the left side of the house, there are two bedrooms. They share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A separate utility space with a washing machine and dryer is also located here.
On the right side, next to the kitchen, you will find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning. When in use, it also keeps the bedrooms pleasantly cool.

The property enjoys a beautiful location with wide open views. Just a 1 km walk through the greenery brings you to the charming village of Sillans-la-Cascade.
