The kitchen diner is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped. In the semi-open kitchen and the living room there are glass doors, making the terrace really an extension of the living room.
On the ground floor is also the master bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has a bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, shower, sink and a toilet. The room has a mezzanine, with the possibility for 2 children to sleep on the sofa bed (120×190).
Next to the kitchen is the living room, which has a flat screen TV and a cozy fireplace. The living room is also equipped with sliding glass doors on the south and west sides, which can be opened in their entirety and offer a beautiful sea view. There is a separate guest toilet.
The staircase in the hall takes you to the 1st floor, where the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with toilet are located.
The whole house has air conditioning and Fiber 4G.
Villa les Pins is a 2 km walk from the beach, the bakery and various shops, restaurants and bars. The house is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view.
The terrace on the living room level is adjacent to the pool. Here are plenty of sun loungers and armchairs where you can enjoy the sun, a book, the peace and the view. There is a large sun screen on the terrace, so you can also enjoy the shade here.
There is a barbecue for a cozy dinner in the open air.

Geweldig!
Een prachtig huis met een schitterend uitzicht en een fantastische inrichting, in een zeer rustige buurt. De beheerders, Noémie en Geoffrey, en de eigenaresse, Cécile, waren erg vriendelijk en altijd attent. Het was werkelijk een uitzonderlijk verblijf.
Droomhuis!
Ongelooflijk uitzicht, rustig, prachtig ingericht. Heel open naar buiten, wat het gevoel van ruimte versterkt. De ontvangst was uitstekend, met veel leuke kleine details en een geweldige respons tijdens ons verblijf bij eventuele kleine problemen: ontzettend bedankt!
De lat is erg hoog gelegd en we kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen!

Prachtig huis, subliem uitzicht Toplocatie om zen te worden. Wel stevige klim om het huis te bereiken maar je word beloond met het prachtig uitzicht.
Wat een fantastische accommodatie!
Waarschijnlijk een van de beste vakantiehuizen (in deze prijsklasse) die we ooit hebben gevonden.
Het is rustig, modern, prachtig ingericht, gemeubileerd met hoogwaardig meubilair en brandschoon, met een onvergetelijk uitzicht op het overloopzwembad met uitzicht op zee.
(Er is ook een overdekte parkeerplaats met elektrische poorten.)
De locatie is ideaal om alle prachtige kustgebieden te verkennen.
De Franse snelwegen zijn goed onderhouden en gemakkelijk te berijden, waardoor een bezoek aan Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Cannes en zelfs Marseille tijdens ons verblijf een fluitje van een cent was. Zuid-Frankrijk is werkelijk adembenemend!
Het dorp Carqueiranne is ook prachtig, met alle nodige voorzieningen en tal van gezellige restaurants langs de haven, mocht u liever in de buurt blijven.
Dit vakantiehuis is een pareltje en we raden het van harte aan.
