Villa Les Belles Soeurs is a wonderful new villa (2020) that is beautifully and atmospherically furnished, on a spacious plot of 8,000 m².
The house is situated at an altitude of 300 meters, which means that it cools down in the evenings and summer evenings and nights are very pleasant. There is a panoramic view of the mountain tops in the area. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus are about 35 kilometers away.

You’ll arrive at the house via a private road leading to a spacious driveway with ample parking. Behind the house, you’ll find a large, enclosed terrace featuring a generous swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with a child-friendly seating area. The charmingly landscaped terrace boasts several cozy seating areas, comfortable lounge beds, and a gas barbecue. Some seating areas are covered, providing plenty of shady spots. There’s also a pétanque court accessible from the terrace. The spacious layout offers plenty of privacy.
The house is modernly furnished and accommodates up to eight guests. The living room is very spacious, with a cozy seating area complete with a wood stove and TV (including Dutch and Belgian channels). Naturally, there is also WiFi. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying a delightful lunch or dinner with all eight guests. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a luxurious bathtub offering a stunning view of the pool.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms accessible via a beautifully lit loggia. You’ll also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks.
On the second floor is the tower room. This room has a bedroom with a magnificent view of the surroundings and its own private bathroom.
This holiday home is ideal for families with young children. It comes with two cribs and high chairs.

The house is located in a quiet, forest area only six kilometers from the pleasant center of Draguignan with many terraces and restaurants. The picturesque village of Ampus is located in a beautiful green region and also not far from Flayosc (10 minutes). The villa is quiet but not isolated. A wonderful place to enjoy your holiday in peace and privacy!

Steeds een topervaring!
Mooi modern ruim huis met alle voorzieningen, rustig gelegen. Omheind perceel met heerlijk terras. Fijn groot zwembad. Automatisch rolluik zou fijn zijn. Geen airco wat in juni geen probleem is, de nachten zijn dan koel.

Deze villa voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. De locatie is geweldig en de villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als god in Frankrijk is zeker de ervaring die je in deze villa krijgt.
Een super verblijf
We hadden een super verblijf met heel veel mogelijkheden voor jong en oud. Het zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht was heerlijk. Als ik een punt van verbetering kan geven , dan zou ik airco een meerwaarde bieden voor de woning. Gelukkig zorgen dat de ventilators voor de nodige afkoeling.
