EXTERIOR
The spacious, south-facing terraces offer both lounge and dining areas, allowing you to fully enjoy the warm Provençal climate. The private swimming pool (10×5 m) is always heated to 28°C and features a saltwater system*. It can be secured with an electrically operated cover and is illuminated for added comfort and atmosphere during the evening hours. The villa is set in a peaceful, green environment with panoramic views over the surrounding hills.
Villa Le Rossignol is within easy walking distance of Tourtour (750 metres), a charming Provençal village listed among “Les Plus Beaux Villages de France”, known for its narrow streets, terraces, local shops and restaurants.
INTERIOR
Villa Le Rossignol is elegantly furnished and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere — both indoors and outdoors. The living room forms the heart of the house, featuring comfortable seating areas around the fireplace, modern amenities such as a television (Dutch, French and international channels), Sonos/DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi, and direct access to the covered terrace. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a 5-burner gas hob, two refrigerators (one located in the utility room), an oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The garden borders a large natural area, allowing for direct access to walking and cycling routes (mountain biking).
- Tourtour centre: picturesque squares, cafés and local markets, just 750 metres walking distance from the property.
- Villecroze: a picturesque village with historic caves, approximately 2 km away.
- Salernes & Aups: authentic Provençal villages with artisan shops and markets, located 7–8 km away.
- Abbaye de Florièyes: historic abbey ruins set in a green natural environment nearby.

* Note regarding the saltwater pool: Although the pool operates with a saltwater system, it may be necessary to temporarily add chlorine tablets during the hottest summer months. Due to extreme heat and intensive use (such as frequent swimming and sunscreen use), salt levels or chlorine production may temporarily be insufficient to maintain optimal water quality.
