Comfort & layout
This charming villa is set on a private plot of 800 m² and is perfect for those seeking peace and comfort. The entrance leads into a cosy living room with comfortable sofas, a built-in fireplace, flat-screen TV, and French doors opening onto the terrace. On the other side, you’ll find a simple yet fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed fiber internet.
All four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the first floor:

The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom three has a bunk bed.

Bedroom four has two single beds.
These last two rooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.
Garden & pool
The Provençal-style garden is tastefully landscaped with lavender, rosemary and oleander. The 10×5 meter private pool can be covered and offers plenty of privacy. There are sun loungers and parasols to fully enjoy outdoor living. The shaded terrace next to the house is perfect for al fresco breakfasts or dinners. A built-in stone BBQ is also available.

Villa L’Art de Vivre is located on Domaine de Fayence, a private estate designed as an authentic Provençal village with cobblestone streets, colourful houses, and a central square with a fountain. While the house and garden are completely private, guests can use the shared tennis courts, a large swimming pool, pétanque field and children’s playgrounds. Pets are welcome on request.
