The fully equipped kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove, an oven with grill, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine available.
The villa features 3 bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable mattresses and beds. Air conditioning is available on the ground floor and in the biggest bedroom on the first floor, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate during the warm summer months. All rooms are tastefully decorated and provide ample storage space. Additionally, Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property, there’s a Bluetooth sound system, and a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Exterior:
The villa showcases a traditional Provençal style and is set on a spacious plot of 7750 m². Outdoor living is complemented by a large heated pool measuring 10×5 meters. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower for a refreshing dip.
