The villa is stylishly decorated with classic furniture, a cozy fireplace, and high-quality amenities. The total area of the property is 208 m², with an additional 43 m² apartment featuring a living/sleeping area with a refrigerator. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. And a children’s room with 2 single beds. The living room is spacious and offers a comfortable seating area and a television with Chromecast. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove, an oven with grill, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine available.
The villa features 5 bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable mattresses and beds. Air conditioning is available on the ground floor and in the biggest bedroom on the first floor, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate during the warm summer months. All rooms are tastefully decorated and provide ample storage space. Additionally, Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property, there’s a Bluetooth sound system, and a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
