Villa La Martinette has been decorated with a playful yet tasteful flair. The spacious living room features large windows with sweeping views over the vineyards, a cosy seating area, a fireplace, and a dining table for 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a Nespresso machine. There are four bedrooms in total: two with en-suite bathrooms, one shared bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with some offering direct access to the terrace. Each room is fitted with a double bed.
There is also a practical desk area for those who may need to catch up on work during their stay.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, and a mobile air conditioner is also available to be moved into the bedrooms.
Exterior
Outside, you’ll find a spacious terrace with a dining table and a lounge area under a pergola with adjustable slats. The private pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and offers panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and vineyards. A gas BBQ is available for long summer evenings with family or friends. The fully fenced garden ensures complete privacy and offers ample private parking. Table tennis is also available for those who enjoy it.
