New in our portfolio: Villa la Margisa, a charming home on the quiet outskirts of Flayosc, just a few minutes from the village’s inviting terraces and restaurants. A place where you instantly feel the holiday atmosphere as soon as you arrive.
The villa accommodates 6 adults and 1 child and offers a relaxed setting for anyone who appreciates comfort and the Provençal outdoor lifestyle. In the garden you’ll find several inviting seating areas — from sunny spots to lovely shaded corners beneath the newly planted, yet beautifully mature olive trees. The garden is currently being further landscaped and will gain even more atmosphere and character in the coming months.
The private pool is a wonderful place to unwind, and for a bit of fun there is a boules court and a table tennis table. Indoors, everything is fresh, new and comfortably furnished, with a warm and welcoming feel that makes you feel at home straight away.
Villa la Margisa is a delightful holiday address for those who love being outdoors, appreciate a cosy atmosphere and want to enjoy the best of southern France — with lively Flayosc just around the corner. In spring we will return for new photos, once the garden is fully completed and everything is at its very best.

INTERIOR
Upon entering Villa La Margisa, you step into a bright hallway with stairs leading to the upper floor. To the left is the inviting living room, decorated in a fresh and comfortable style. The air conditioning keeps this space pleasant even on warm summer days. The living room connects seamlessly to the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with an American-style fridge and everything you need for cooking and dining together.
On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with air conditioning and its own bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms (two with air-condition) and a second bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet.
EXTERIOR
Outside, Villa La Margisa offers several lovely spots to relax. At the front of the house is a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen — perfect for enjoying long meals in the open air. On the side of the house you’ll find a second terrace, accessible through French doors from the living room as well as from the garden. This terrace is slightly elevated, giving you a pleasant view of the lower garden and the swimming pool. A pergola will soon be added here to provide extra shade and comfort, making it an ideal place to sit together.
From this terrace, a staircase with a lockable gate leads down to the rest of the garden. This layout makes everything easy to oversee and offers an extra sense of safety for families with young children.
On the lower level is the private swimming pool. Here you will also find several terraces, a pétanque court, and a table tennis table. The recently planted but beautifully mature olive trees add immediate charm and create natural shaded areas — perfect for relaxing quietly in the garden.
The property is fully enclosed and accessible through a gate, with ample parking space. The location is peaceful and rural, yet the charming village of Flayosc is only 2 kilometres away and Lorgues just 5 kilometres. You have all amenities within easy reach while still enjoying a calm and natural setting.

The house is located within a short distance to town. In the village you will find several gourmet restaurants, cozy bistros, grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy and a weekly Provencal market.
Flayosc is known as one of the charming villages in the inland of the Var. You will find cozy restaurants, the local bakery, a local boutique and so on. The village has been developed in recent years with a playground, walking areas with fitness options, horse riding and all kinds of other relaxation. Not to forget the wine chateaux nearby.
And of course the surrounding villages such as Lorgues, Tourtour, Aups all with charming Provencal markets. But also a day trip to the sea, with Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez in close proximity. Or the park of the Gorges de Verdon, known for its bright blue water. Cities such as Aix-en-Provence, Nice or Cannes are also easy to visit due to the smooth connection.
