Interior

Villa La Bagatelle features a bright and comfortable living room with a cosy sitting area, fireplace, satellite TV with international channels, DVD player, radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the living room connects seamlessly with the covered terrace and the swimming pool, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow. The spacious dining area adjoins the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances: a 4-burner gas stove, oven/grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. There is also a second refrigerator – perfect for keeping drinks cool on warm summer days.

The villa offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms, one with twin beds that can be placed together. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and washbasin. On the first floor are two more bedrooms: one with twin beds (can be made up as a double) and one with a double bed (200 x 160 cm). The bathroom on this floor also has a shower and washbasin. In total, the house has three toilets. All rooms feature ample built-in wardrobes.

The house is equipped with a new heating system with cooling, so there is air conditioning in all rooms, perfect for those hot summer days!

Exterior

Villa La Bagatelle is set on a large plot of 5500 m² with fig and olive trees, spread across several natural terraces. The private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with comfortable loungers where you can fully relax. Adjacent to the house is a second terrace with a gas barbecue and a large dining table – perfect for long summer evenings outdoors. The property is fully enclosed by a sturdy fence. As an additional safety measure, an electric wire has been installed approximately 50 cm inside the perimeter to deter wild boars – although such occurrences are rare. It is mainly a reassuring extra that contributes to a sense of security.

The garden and pool are accessible from both the kitchen and the sliding doors in the living room, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. There is parking space for four cars, two under the carport and two on the driveway. The property also features an old stone ruin, adding to the authentic Provençal atmosphere.

The villa is detached and quietly located, just a short distance from the charming village of Flayosc, known for its many cosy restaurants, bars, and local shops. With its medieval streets and lively village square, Flayosc exudes the genuine charm of Provence.
