Villa Giambra is a beautiful villa for up to 8 people, with typical Provencal influences. It has a spacious, comfortably furnished living room with flat screen TV with French channels, a DVD player, soundsystem, comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace and a large sliding door to the terrace.
The living room has airconditioning and a dining table. WIFI is also available. The half-open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooking unit, American fridge / freezer, an electric oven and a microwave.
The Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with shower and sink. There is also an air conditioning unit in the hallway of the bedrooms, so that all rooms can be cooled down sufficiently.
This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends of up to 8 people.
EXTERIOR
Villa Giambra offers 150 m² of living space for up to 8 people. The villa is quietly located in a residential area with other villas. It has a wonderfully heated private swimming pool (8x4m) with a spacious sun terrace. The garden of 1250 m2 offers enough space for children to play. From the living room, one of terraces can be reached through a large sliding door. This terrace is completely fenced, so it is safe for children to play.

The swimming pool has the dimensions of 8 by 4 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters and can be heated on request. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols around the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. The villa offers a lot of privacy and has a view of the colorful garden with the typical Provencal crops such as beautiful oleanders. There is also a petanque area and plenty of parking space next to the villa for 2 cars.
This villa is in a quiet location about 1500 meters from the village of Lorgues, where you will find the ‘boulangerie’, butcher, fishmonger, various supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. Villa Giambra is situated between numerous wine domains and famous Provencal villages. Highly recommended is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues.
The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon / Hyers and Aix-en-Provence can all be reached within approximately 1 hour.

Voelde als thuiskomen
Geweldig volledig huis , waar we ons meteen op ons gemak voelden. Schoon, volledig ingericht, ruim en klaar om van de vakantie te genieten. De omgeving is prachtig en overweldigend, wel moet alles worden aangereden over kronkel weggetjes. Bakkerij en supermarkt dichtbij. Het dorpje is allerschattigst. Echt een aanrader!! Enige minpuntje dat ik kan geven is het troebele zwembadwater ( en groene aanslag op badkleding).

Hartelijk dank voor je delen van je ervaring. We zijn blij dat je de woning als heel positief hebt ervaren. Het minpuntje dat je benoemt is inderdaad in het warmste van de zomer soms moeilijk te voorkomen. Het heeft met de hitte te maken waardoor er groene algen beginnen op te treden. We geven het mee dat het zwembadonderhoud er extra op let. Dank je.
