Villa Figanières is a delightful holiday home for up to 8 people, located within walking distance (500m) of the village of Figanières. From the terrace and the garden, there is a splendid view of the village. The property is situated on a 2500m2 plot and features a beautiful 9.5m*5m swimming pool. The charming villa comprises 4 bedrooms, each with its own sink, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room, and a modern kitchen. Additionally, there is a toilet and shower in the pool house.

Around the pool, there are ample sunbeds and umbrellas, and the view from the pool over the garden and the village of Figanières is very beautiful. There is a covered terrace in front of the house with a large dining table for 8 people, a charcoal BBQ, and a sink in the pool house.
INTERIOR
Villa Figanières is a charming villa of 140m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room, and a modern kitchen.
Layout: entrance hall, charming living room with a comfortable seating area, fireplace, TV, radio/CD player, and dining table with three large French doors that allow a lot of light into the house. Next to the living room is the kitchen with various appliances including 2 fridge/freezer combinations, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is wifi internet available, and in the garage, there is a washing machine, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Two bedrooms have single beds, and two bedrooms have double beds. All four bedrooms have their own sink and spacious built-in wardrobes. There is one shared bathroom with a bath/shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. There are 2 separate toilets, one in the hallway and one in the pool house. Additionally, there is an extra shower in the pool house.

All the amenities of the village Figanières (the bakery, supermarket, restaurants and terraces) are 500m from the house. The big supermarkets are to be found in Draguignan about 4 kms away.
ACTIVITIES
The beaches at the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful nature of the Gorges du Verdon are just on 30km distance. In Figanieres and in the surrounded villages you will find the attractive food- and antique markets. There are a lot of nicely Provencal restaurants and you will find different wine castels in the near surroundings where you can taste the well known Rose wines, but of course the white and red wines are also very good.
RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE
Numerous bistros and restaurants in the area. The atmospheric café terraces are just the place to enjoy a glass of rosé under shady plane trees. There are plenty of local vineyards where the owners are happy to give you a tasting of their wines.

Prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad.
Prachtig huis met een fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Leuk dorpje.
Aandachtspunten: kapotte horren, verlichting tuin en zwembad kapot, zwembad vaker schoonmaken. 1x per week is echt te weinig. Veel zand en viezigheid in zwembad.
