EXTERIOR
An excellent villa that is very centrally located for your holiday, being on a side street of the connection road between Lorgues and St. Antonin du Var where you will find many vineyards and other small villages in the area. The villa is located in a fairly quiet area, has a fenced plot of 1300m2 and offers a lot of privacy.
Villa Entre Oliviers et Vignes has a lovely heated swimming pool of 9 by 4 meters. The view from the terrace next to the pool is magnificent. The pool is equipped with an alarm system and has a depth of 1.50m. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool and there is plenty of shade due to the beautiful plane trees. There is an outdoor kitchen in the pool house with dining table and bar. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink and coffee maker. There is also a gas BBQ available.
There is sufficient parking space for 2 to 3 cars.
INTERIOR
Your holiday home has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and patio doors to the terrace with swimming pool and pool house.
The kitchen is fully equipped, such as an electric oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The sleeping area is on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the terrace and pool. The bedrooms are airy and have ample closet space. A third bedroom is only accessible via its own separate entrance but is closed for the owners’ own use. The villa also has a spacious bathroom with large shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. The house has air conditioning (which heats and cools) in the living room and the bedrooms.

The coast can be reached in about 40 minutes from the house. The beach of St. Maxime is 35 km away and St. Tropez is 40 km away. The charming village of Lorgues is 4 km away and Le Thoronet only 2.5 km. The Gorges du Verdon with the beautiful Lac de Ste Croix is a 40-minute drive away.

De check in verliep heel spoedig, we kregen namelijk de sleutel en dat was het. Er was totaal geen uitleg met betrekking tot hoe de sloten op de deuren werkte (deze werkte namelijk niet allemaal). Daarnaast moesten we zelf uitvinden dat er een alarm op het zwembad zat en het zonnescherm niet werkte. Daarnaast was er airco aangelegd die enkel in het hoofdgebouw werkte. De kamer in het bijgebouw bleef daardoor vrij warm. Ook was de badkamer hier erg gedateerd en niet goed schoongemaakt.
