Villa des Pignes is located in a green environment, yet close to the beautiful town of Lorgues, just a 1 km walk away.
This villa can accommodate up to 12 people, with 5 double rooms on the ground floor and an extra double room available in a downstairs apartment, which can be requested depending on the group combination at reservation. From the ground floor, you have access to the beautiful terrace where there is plenty of seating to dine under the vine-covered pergola or lounge in the sun by the pool.
A spacious open dining and sitting area with comfortable couches overlooks the terrace and is connected to the large, well-equipped kitchen.

The ground floor living area of Villa des Pignes consists of an open-plan dining room, sitting area and well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, “Nespresso” style coffee and tea machine, large fridge and all essentials from martini glasses to garlic crusher and milk frother to food processor!
In the living room there are comfortable sofas overlooking the pool and terrace with large sliding doors offering spectacular views even from inside. There is a TV with HDMI cable, Apple TV, Bluetooth speakers and a Blu-ray DVD player as well as board games, books, DVDs, maps and guides. You can also dine comfortably at a long table; everything you need to spend the colder evening cozy indoors.
The sleeping area consists of 2 wings to the left and right of the central living space. There are a total of 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, each has a double bed with luxury bedlinen, clothes storage and 1 or 2 mattresses (so that they can be moved apart if necessary). All bedrooms have a choice of shutters, curtains, nets or electric fans to make the warm summer evenings more pleasant. All have direct access to the pool terrace. There are 3 shower rooms; one of which is directly accessible from the pool terrace. There are two additional separate toilets.
There is also a laundry room with a very large washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board and additional fridge freezer.
The entrance hall and one of the bedrooms have a desk and chair should you need to escape and write an email or two.
Below the ground floor we have a one bedroom apartment, again with a double/twin bed, a shower room, kitchen/sitting area; accessed by an internal staircase or its own patio doors. This apartment is only available after request at the time of booking and if the capacity of your group setting requires it.
The villa is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden of 1 hectare that is not overlooked. Its different levels provide wonderful views over Lorgues and the surrounding hills to the south. From the property there is easy, level access to the pool and a south-facing terrace accessible from all rooms. The villa is located in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac.
Around the pool there are sun loungers for 10 people and shaded seating areas and a hammock. The beautiful swimming pool with alarm security has a seated area at the shallow end and extends deeper to 1.6m. Towels are provided for the pool!
Everything has been thought of to help you spend beautiful summer evenings as pleasantly as possible: from the outdoor dining area and gas barbecue to a table tennis table, jeu des boules area and badminton court as well as a selection of pool toys and indoor games for children and adults alike.
Parking is certainly not a problem either. You enter the property through an electric gate.
