INTERIOR
The ground-floor living area of Villa des Pignes features a spacious open dining room, a cosy seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso-style coffee and tea machine, a large refrigerator, and every imaginable kitchen essential — from martini glasses to a garlic press and a pasta maker.

The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and, thanks to the large sliding doors, offers a beautiful view of the terrace and pool. For entertainment, there is a TV with HDMI cable, Apple TV, Bluetooth speakers, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of board games, books, DVDs, maps and guides. The long dining table is perfect for atmospheric meals and ideal for a cosy evening indoors when it’s a bit cooler outside.

The sleeping area consists of two wings on either side of the central living space: two bedrooms on one side and three on the other, with the sixth bedroom located one level below. The rooms are connected by a well-ventilated hallway and all overlook the pool. In total, there are five bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with a double bed with luxury linens and plenty of storage space. Beds can be arranged as twins upon request. Each room has shutters, curtains, insect screens and a fan to ensure comfortable summer nights.

There are three shower rooms, one of which has direct access from the terrace, as well as two separate toilets. The utility room includes a very large washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board and an extra refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the entrance hall and in one of the bedrooms, there is a desk — ideal for quietly answering an email.

On the lower floor, there is an apartment with the sixth bedroom, a shower room and a small kitchenette/lounge. This apartment is accessible via an internal staircase or via French doors. It can be opened upon request at the time of booking, depending on your group’s needs.

All bedrooms have portable fans to ensure a cooler and comfortable night’s sleep. Upon arrival, you will also receive useful tips on how to keep the house fresh during the summer heat, thanks to the intelligent layout of the home and the use of shutters.

EXTERIOR
The villa is surrounded by a large, fully enclosed one-hectare garden with complete privacy. The different levels offer beautiful views over Lorgues and the southern hills and beyond towards Saint Tropez. From the house, you have easy, flat access to the pool and the sunny south-facing terrace, which is accessible from all rooms. The villa is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.

Around the pool you will find sun loungers for 10 guests, and shaded seating areas with lovely views across the hills. The pool is secured with an alarm and has a shallow area with a bench, the deepest point is 1.60 m.

Summer evenings are well catered for. There is a gas barbecue, outdoor pizza oven, pétanque court (15 × 3 m), swing ball, table football, ping-pong table and a wide selection of pool and indoor games for all ages.

Parking is easy: you enter the property through an electric gate, and there is plenty of space to park multiple cars.
