Welcome to Villa Coutelet, a charming and comfortably furnished holiday home located in a quiet residential area in the hills of Draguignan. The road uphill is quite steep, but once you arrive, you’re rewarded with beautiful views over the town – all in a peaceful and relaxing setting.
As you enter the house, the warm and modern interior immediately stands out, a style that’s been thoughtfully carried throughout the entire home. From the entrance hall, you walk into the inviting living room with a cosy seating area and a large flatscreen TV. Thanks to the large sliding doors, you have a lovely view of the terrace and the town below.
To the left of the living room is the open kitchen with a breakfast bar and bar stools – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an aperitif while cooking together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large oven, microwave, American-style fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, and a Nespresso Vertuo machine to start your day right.
Behind the kitchen is a convenient utility room, specially set up for preparing breakfast, with extra workspace and storage to make your mornings easy and relaxed.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms. Between them is a modern bathroom with a shower and sink. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the outdoor terrace and the pool area.
Upstairs, accessible via the entrance hall, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom. This room includes a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. The toilet is separate and located in the hallway.
The garden is laid out over several levels and offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. On one side, you’ll find a charming summer kitchen with a pizza oven, barbecue, fridge and fryer – perfect for long summer evenings under the stars. Multiple cosy seating areas are spread across the garden, and near the pool, a comfortable sun lounge corner with cushions invites you to fully unwind.

Villa Coutelet is located in a quiet residential area in the hills of Draguignan, with easy access to both the town centre and the highlights of the Var region.
To the north, you can reach the stunning Gorges du Verdon and the turquoise Lake Sainte-Croix in just 45 minutes, with the famous lavender fields a little further on. Head south, and within the same time you’ll find the Mediterranean coast, with Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus, and even Saint-Tropez offering great options for a day by the sea.
There’s also plenty to discover nearby: charming Provençal villages such as Flayosc, Lorgues and Cotignac are just around the corner, as well as numerous wine estates where you can taste the best of the local wines.

Genieten van la douce France in alle rust
Aangename, nette en degelijk uitgeruste woning in een zeer rustige omgeving met een schitterend uitzicht op Draguignan. De geweldige buitenkeuken is absoluut een pluspunt, net zoals het zwembad. De stad licht op een boogscheut, maar door het aanzienlijke hoogteverschil is het een pittige tocht. Draguignan is ook de ideale uitvalsbasis om de steden aan de kust te bezoeken (Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez, St. Maxime) alsook les Gorges du Verdon en le lac de St. Croix.
