Interior
The interior of Villa Coti Cosy combines modern style with Provençal charm. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds. The largest bedroom features a 180×200 cm bed and is located on the first floor. The other three bedrooms are equipped with 140×200 cm and 160×200 cm beds and are located on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms in total, one with a bathtub and two with showers. Two bedrooms have the bathroom as an annex, the two other bedrooms share one. The open-plan living room is bright and spacious, with a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and Nespresso machine. Additionally, there are three TVs in the house, as well as a Chromecast, allowing you easy access to your favorite streaming services. Music lovers will also enjoy the sound system available in the villa.
Exterior
The villa is situated on a beautiful enclosed plot of 1000 m², ensuring privacy and tranquility. The 10×5 meter pool provides the perfect spot to cool off on warm summer days. Surrounding the pool is a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a shower at the pool. The covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue (one on charcoal and a plancha on gas) is ideal for long evenings with friends and family. The villa also boasts a large garden, where children can play safely. The pool can be heated upon request for a small additional fee in the spring and autumn, and the chlorine system ensures clean and clear water.

Heel fijne ervaring in deze prachtige woonst
Absoluut een meevaller, rustig gelegen, supermarkt om de hoek is enorm pluspunt. Fantastische hulp van de beheerder ter plaatse. Dankjewel.
Prachtig huis! Groot en netjes en alles aanwezig. Leuke beheerdster die netjes en direct reageert.

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances dans la villa Coti Cosy. La maison est belle, superbes bien décorée, pratique. Elle se situe près du village de Cotignac quelques minutes en voiture. Elle est située dans un coin calme sans vis à vis. Nous y retournerons c’est sur !
