After a day full of sunshine, the air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a wonderfully cool and restful night’s sleep.

As you arrive at Villa Col de L’Ange, you pass through an electric gate and follow the driveway uphill to the house. There’s ample parking space for several cars. The villa is set in a peaceful, elevated neighbourhood just outside the centre of Draguignan. Its hillside position offers impressive views over the town and the surrounding Provençal hills.

Interior – Personal, tasteful and full of character

From the moment you step inside Villa Col de L’Ange, it’s clear this is not your average holiday rental. The interior has been thoughtfully decorated with a harmonious mix of antique furniture, modern touches and the occasional art piece that adds charm and character. It feels warm, inviting and well cared for – more like a real home than a rental property.

The main living area is on the upper floor. The spacious and light-filled living room is comfortably furnished, with a large dining table and a fireplace. French doors open onto a generous 45 m² balcony with unobstructed views over Draguignan and the hills beyond. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has its own access to the garden – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or an al fresco dinner.

This floor also has two bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 210 cm), air conditioning and ample wardrobe space. The recently renovated bathroom is spacious and modern, featuring a walk-in shower, a wide washbasin unit and practical storage.

A staircase leads down to the lower level, which offers extra living space and added privacy. Here you’ll find a second living room with a large lounge sofa and a cosy seating area with a small fireplace – a quiet corner separate from the main living space. The adjacent kitchen has direct access to the garden and is conveniently located near the pool. The large family bedroom features two double beds (160 x 200 cm). This floor also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a separate toilet.

The villa is smartly laid out, striking a comfortable balance between shared spaces and private corners. It’s stylish, personal and fully equipped for a relaxing stay.

FYI: The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and may not be used.

Exterior 

Villa Col de L’Ange is set on a generous plot that offers complete privacy, a mix of sun and shade, and stunning views over Draguignan and the rolling Provençal landscape. The garden is naturally landscaped with several terraces and seating areas, so you’ll always find a pleasant spot – whether for a quiet breakfast, a book in the shade, or a shared dinner under the evening sky.

A standout feature is the elegant infinity pool (10 x 5 m), located on the lower level of the garden. Surrounding it is a spacious terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a comfortable lounge area – perfect for cooling off, relaxing, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The downstairs kitchen is just steps away from the pool, making it easy to prepare drinks or a light lunch without having to head upstairs. Families with children will also appreciate the play area with a slide and climbing frame.
