EXTERIOR

Villa Clementine is set on a spacious 4,000 m² plot and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden offering peace and privacy. The private swimming pool measures 11 x 4.5 metres and features wide steps with a gently sloping depth from 1.00 to 1.70 metres. Sun loungers are arranged around the pool, and the covered terrace provides a comfortable lounge set where you can fully relax.

Next to the house, there is a large lawn where children can play freely. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a partly covered terrace with a spacious outdoor dining table for 6 guests. An ideal setting for breakfast, long shaded lunches or a cosy evening barbecue. The barbecue operates on charcoal.

The grounds are partially fenced, approximately 1,200 m², with electric fencing surrounding the house and the pool area. There is ample private parking space for several cars on the property.

INTERIOR

Villa Clementine is a spacious and comfortably furnished villa of 120 m², suitable for up to 6 guests. The property offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large garage, ensuring plenty of space and convenience.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed of 200 x 160 cm. Through sliding doors, you have access to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and surrounding nature. The bedroom features a large built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 200 x 140 cm and has its own bathroom with bath-shower combination, washbasin and toilet.

The third bedroom, furnished with a double bed of 200 x 160 cm, is located in a separate studio. It has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as its own kitchen and seating area. The studio has a private entrance, making the villa perfectly suitable for groups of up to six guests while offering additional comfort and flexibility.

The living room is bright and inviting, featuring a cosy seating area, fireplace and television. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the outside terrace and offer lovely views of the garden. A stereo system with Bluetooth is available, as well as Wi-Fi.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, also with large sliding doors leading to the terrace and overlooking the garden. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with two induction hobs and two gas burners, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the garage, there is an additional American-style refrigerator.
