INTERIOR
Villa Catherina has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making the villa suitable for a total of 8 people. The living room is modern, well-kept and comfortably furnished. There is a flat screen TV with international channels, CD / radio and a modern seating area with a fireplace. Through the sliding doors you can enter the first terrace. This is lockable by a gate. This terrace gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the green region and the surrounding hills. A great place to enjoy the beautiful sunset!
Next to the living room is the spacious, semi-open kitchen with all the necessary amenities you could wish for. There is a separate oven, cooking unit with four gas burners, kettle, large fridge, microwave and filter coffee maker. Between the living room and the kitchen is a large dining table for 8 people where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. The four bedrooms are spacious and nicely furnished. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a double sink, shower and separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are on the 1st floor and also all have a double bed. Here are also the other spacious bathrooms with sink, shower, bath and toilet. The house is equipped with floor cooling so that it stays cool on the inside.
*Floor cooling: This system will slightly lower the temperature in the house. This is done by means of a pipe system in the floor construction. In most cases the temperature is a few degrees lower than room temperature. To prevent condensation on or in the floor, the water temperature in the pipes must not be lower than 18 degrees. This system is indirect and does not have the same effect as air conditioning.
EXTERIOR
Villa Catherina has a beautiful panoramic view over the hills of this wooded area. The villa has a covered terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a view of the infinity pool. The pool is a generous 10 by 5 meters and is solar-heated, so the level of heat depends on the weather. This heating is included in the price. The pool is safe for children, as it is enclosed with a gate. The villa has two terraces, the higher terrace has a BBQ and a large dining table for 8 people. The other terrace is slightly lower, next to the swimming pool, and can be reached via a lockable staircase. Around the pool there are various sun loungers and parasols for a relaxing holiday. Next to the house there is a petanque court, so you can enjoy a game before you start you BBQ!
Villa Catherina is very quietly located 7 km from the center of Draguignan where you will find the nearest bakery and other shops.

Meerdere winkelgelegenheden in de omgeving.
We komen hier reeds meerdere jaren voor de rustige omgeving en het mooie verzicht. Meerdere winkelgelegenheden in de omgeving. Alles wat je gewoon bent.
Fijn ruim vakantiehuis.
Fijn ruim vakantiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel gelegen aan een weg waar je nog best veel geluid van hoort. Daarnaast vonden we de staat van het huis qua schilderwerk/onderhoud/afwerking enzo wel een beetje minder. Geeft toch net een iets minder luxe gevoel. Maar belangrijkste is dat we er een leuke vakantie hebben gehad

Woning met FANTASTISCH zicht maar de afwerking kan beter.
Alles was zoals we verwachtten.
Alles was zoals we verwachtten. De woning is compleet en groot. Zwembad was volgens mij niks verwarmd (stond bij de adv dat dit verwarmd werd door zonnepanelen. Deze hebben we inderdaad ook gezien maar volgens mij hebben die in de 1e week September geen functie meer 🙂 kortom water was ijskoud) De weg naar de woning is niet echt gepast voor een wagen met grote velgen en laagprofiel banden. Deze is in zeer slechte staat. Voor de rest fijne week vertoefd
