INTERIOR
Mas Florence is a detached villa with 170m² living space for 6 +1 (child) people. The house dates from 18th century and is completely renovated by the current owner 15 years ago. All old stone features are still visible in the house, making it a very attractive property.
The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall with a covered terrace. The house is classic and comfortable with a cozy living room with fire place and TV, DVD, a lovely sofa and two armchairs.
One floor down you find the spacious kitchen, which is fitted with dishwasher, gas cooker with 4 rings, fridge/freezer and oven. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table for 8 people. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace which is fully fenced, ideal for small children.
On the first floor bedroom 1 has 2 single beds of 190*90 and is connected via a door to bedroom 2, which has a double bed of 190*150. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and basin.
Bedroom 3 is also located on the first floor and has 2 single beds of 200*80 and bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 4 is on the second floor and has 2 single beds of 200*90 with a bathroom with bathtub, basin and WC.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes with plenty of shelves and hanging space. There is a cot and high chair available. All bedrooms have electric fans.
EXTERIOR
Mas Florence is a comfortable villa on a private plot of 3500 m2 with a beautifully landscaped garden offering ancient oaks, olives, cypresses, etc. On the front of the house is a covered terrace with two lovely seating areas, where you have a wonderful view over the surrounding area. This part of the garden is fully fenced.
At the back of the house is a beautiful large terrace with a dining table directly accessible from the kitchen. From the terrace you have the private swimming pool (12x5m) located. The swimming pool as well as the terrace at the back of the house are completely fenced. All the gates have safety locks for children. At the end of the garden is a small stream, sitting by the pool you can hear the water flowing in the distance, which gives a nice relaxing feeling.
There is a boules court and a large lawn for children to play.

Mas Florence is located in the rural area of Entrecasteaux just 3 kilometers from the village. The villages of Lorgues, Cotignac and Carces and are within 6-7 kms drive. There you will find the large supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants. The house is very quietly located with absolute privacy. The house is located 300 m from Chateau Roucas, which makes delicious wine.

Mas Florence is een heel fijn huis voor een vakantie in de VAR
Het huis is met veel aandacht en liefde gerestaureerd. Het ligt op een rustige plek tussen de wijngaarden en heeft veel privacy. Er zijn veel leuke en authentieke dorpen in de omgeving. Grote steden zijn met de auto goed en snel bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een heerlijk groot zwembad met fijne ligstoelen en schaduwplekken. Wij verbleven hier drie weken (gezin met 3 volwassenen kinderen en een hond). Er is voldoende ruimte in het huis en zowel voor als achter het huis is er een groot (overdekt) terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Ook voor de hond was het een perfecte plek, de hond kan buiten vrij lopen en indien gewenst kan het terrein goed worden afgesloten zodat de hond niet kan weglopen. Wij hebben een hele mooie tijd gehad en bevelen Mas Florence van harte aan! Speciale dank ook aan Cedric van Q-home voor de warme ontvangst, de hulp en de tips!
Perfect setting
For people who like living in a place with a lot of history and charm, this house is prefect. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area, the setting of the house in the middle of a rather undiscovered part of the Provence, the lovely weather, the continuous wind and the feeling of the old bastide with its antique furnishings.
Positieve ervaring
