Mas dei Faggella is a fully renovated luxury villa in Valréas. This paradisacal spot, surrounded by vineyards, can accommodate up to 10 people and is an ideal holiday destination for exciting trips to, for instance Nyons. The interior is modern with typical Provençal influences. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the villa is comfortable and pleasant. The large swimming pool of 13 * 5 meters can be heated on request. The large dining table on the terrace under the old plane trees, the completely new covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, a lounge set and a large hammock in which you can dream away with a delicious glass of local rosé, make this the perfect spot.

**EXTERIOR**
Mas dei Faggella is situated on a lush property of over 3000 m2, surrounded by beautiful trees providing enchanting views and ample shade. This paradisiacal spot accommodates 10 people and is an ideal holiday destination for pleasant getaways. The large 13×5 meter heatable pool, the spacious terrace under the old plane trees with a large dining table, a lounge set, a large hammock for daydreaming with a delightful glass of local rosé, and the recently added covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ create a complete outdoor experience.
For children, there are extra delights such as various board games, an outdoor Kubb game, children’s petanque balls, a large grass field with a goal, and a swing for unlimited play. The Mas is located amidst the vineyards of Valréas and offers plenty of space, tranquility, and privacy.
**INTERIOR**
Mas dei Faggella is a completely renovated luxury villa in Valréas. This spacious holiday residence has a particularly beautiful interior design. Upon entering, you step into the open living space with high ceilings. On the left side is the dining area with a large table for 10 people and the adjoining open kitchen with a kitchen island.
The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a 5-burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and an American fridge with ice/water dispenser. A Nespresso coffee machine is, of course, included.
A staircase separates the dining area and the living area, creating a closed and cozy atmosphere in the living room on the right side, where you’ll find a comfortable large sofa, an armchair, a large flat-screen TV with WIFI, and a wooden fireplace for a relaxed ambiance.
On the ground floor, there are two separate toilets and three of the five double bedrooms. The first double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious single sink and walk-in shower. The other two double bedrooms are located in a secluded hall, one of which, with two separate beds, has a separate bathroom with a single washbasin and walk-in shower. The last double bedroom on the ground floor has a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with a modern freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, single sink, and toilet. Through French doors, you can enjoy the first rays of sunlight directly from this bedroom.
Upon entering the first floor via the staircase, you reach a beautiful landing with a balustrade, providing a nice view of the tastefully decorated living space. For those who want to discreetly answer their emails, there is a desk area on the wider part of the landing. Furthermore, there are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first double bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet (separated by a curtain), shower, and single sink. The other double bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink.

ACTIVITIES
There are several activities near Mas dei Faggella, for the bike and walking enthusiast there is of course the famous Mont Ventoux, there is an 18 hole golf course in Vedène. And you can enjoy mountain biking, climbing, wine chateaux, horse riding, paintball etc.
Tips:
– Shopping (and culture) in Vaison-la-Romaine;
– Wine tasting in the Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape and Cotes du Rhône wineries and castles;
– Visit the crocodile farm (with 350 crocodiles!) In Pierrelatte;
– With Cèze Canoes, you can enjoy a wonderful trip through Les Gorges de la Cèze by canoe or kayak for all ages;
– The candy museum of Haribo, the taste paradise for the children (and for mom & dad there is the nougat from Montélimar …);
– Le Pont du Gard, a beautiful, unique historical place for swimming, fishing and hiking;
– Uzès, charming with its market and covered shopping galleries;
– The beach of the Gulf of Aigues-Mortes, for the real sun worshiper.
