INTERIOR
This spacious villa of more than 220 m2 can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. The interior is rural modern, very well cared for and warm. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. You will find a kettle, (N)espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Very practical is the large gas stove with 2 ovens, ideal for larger groups. There is also a large dining table in the kitchen.
From the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace with a large dining table.
The cozy living room has a large fireplace with sitting area, TV, DVD, sound system and WIFI. On the other side of the living room are 2 comfortable armchairs for example to relax and read a book.
For rentals up to 10 people, there are four bedrooms available. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. The bed in this bedroom is extra-large, measuring 200cm by 220cm. Three other bedrooms are located on the first floor. These are spacious and offer ample storage. Bedroom 3 has two beds, each measuring 200cm by 180cm.
There are three bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, shower, and sink.
On the first floor, the bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower/bath. One bathroom also has a bidet.
The house does not have air conditioning, but it is an authentic structure with thick walls so that the heat is kept out as much as possible.
EXTERIOR
Mas Cabro d’or is beautifully situated just outside the village borders of Lorgues. With a beautiful view over the (own) wine and olive groves, this gives a wonderful Provencal holiday feeling.
The terrain including wine and olive groves is more than 30,000 m2.
The part around the house is fenced. Through the living room and kitchen, you have access to the terrace with BBQ on the sunny side of the house.
The pool with outdoor shower, which is lower than the house, has a size of 10 by 4 meters and has a walk-in staircase. The pool is equipped with a shutter. This can be closed to make the pool safer for children.
The pool is over 2 meters deep.
Around the pool is a small lawn with comfortable sun loungers and shady trees. Next to the pool is a spacious lounge set for a cozy glass of local rosé. To be entertaining during your holiday in this villa is also thought. There is a ping pong table and game table. But there is also a bowling alley available.
Adjacent to the house there is ample parking for your cars.

Beautiful house with French charm
It is a beautiful house with French charm. Great location and view! Beds are very good! Lots of space! Great cuisine! A salad spinner and electric juicer would be an asset. One point of criticism: The bedroom on the lower floor is more of a basement room and smells a bit musty.

Heerlijk genieten
Mas cabro d’or is een prachtige centrale plek om heerlijk van de Provence te genieten.
Sehr schön ruhig gelegen
Wir haben uns in diesem typvollen, gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings finden wir es auf Grund der vielen Stufen für ältere Personen nicht so geeignet. Am Swimmingpool wäre ein Einstiegsgriff praktisch. Sehr schön ruhig gelegen und tolle Betten lassen einen herrlich schlafen.
