Maison Oliv, a beautiful villa for 6 people, is located just 1200 meters from the center of Lorgues. The villa is situated on a flat plot of 1370m2 and features a lovely swimming pool of 8.5 x 4.5 meters with a depth of 1 meter, ideal for families with young children.
The villa is tastefully decorated and has a spacious living and dining room. There is a large covered terrace with a dining table for 6 people and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. There is also a swing and a basketball hoop for the children, and on the lawn next to the pool, you can play soccer or badminton.
With its convenient location just a 12-minute walk from the village center, Villa Oliv offers the best of both worlds: the peace and space of a private home, and the lively atmosphere of Lorgues within walking distance.

Maison Oliv is a wonderfully and cozy villa for 6 people. The house is located a 5-minute walk from the village center. The villa has a living area of 110m2 and has a spacious living room with a lovely sitting area with flat screen TV (Dutch and international channels). Through the patio doors in the living room you can enter the covered terrace, where there is a 6-person dining table. The house is located on the south and has sun all day long.
Wireless internet (WiFi) is available in the house.
Also adjacent to the living room is the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove (two electric and 2 gas burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a filter coffee machine. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, living room/dining room.
There are three bedrooms that share a bathroom. All three bedrooms have beds of 160*200m. The bathroom has a double sink, a spacious shower and a toilet. There is also a 2nd guest toilet. There is a washing machine and ironing board/bolt available.

Maison Oliv is located on the Chemin de Train des Pignes. This is one of the most famous bicycle routes in the Var, the bicycle path runs from Aups, through Salernes to Lorgues and then continues to Flayosc. It is an almost completely flat route through beautiful nature with olive and vineyards. Really a must for cycling enthusiasts!
