EXTERIOR
The delightful garden features a large heated swimming pool with overflow, ample sun loungers, and seating areas to enjoy the shade and/or sun. There is also an outdoor shower available. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a built-in barbecue and a second refrigerator. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the French sun here in the mornings. Further down in the garden, there is a petanque court for some activity alongside relaxation.
Thanks to the heated pool, central heating, and fireplace, this property is also very suitable for renting in the pleasant spring and autumn months, and even in winter, it is an ideal villa.
If desired, you can have the pool heated to 26°C for an additional fee in the spring and autumn. In July and August, the pool water already has a delightful temperature.
INTERIOR
Maison Montchou is a nice comfortable holiday home with a cosy interior, lots of privacy and a beautiful view. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Maison Montchou is ideal for two families or several couples.
The ground floor comprises of a cosy living room with a mezzanine and French doors opening onto the terrace. Next to the lounge, two steps down, you find the TV area with a fire place. International channels are available as well as a DVD / CD player. The living room is right next to the dining room also with French doors to the terrace. From the 8 persons dining table you can enjoy the stunning views over the valley and the pool. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the house and garden.
Through the dining room you have direct access to the well-equipped kitchen. It has a gas cooker (4 rings) , oven , dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The hallway gives access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a WC, basin and shower. It is located next to the nursery. Here is a single bed with trundle bed (which can also be used as a double bed). Opposite the nursery you find 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The double bedroom have direct access to a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, Italian shower, double basin and a separate toilet.
The first floor can be reached via a staircase between the living room and the dining room. The staircase leads to the mezzanine, where you can sit and read or quietly work at the computer. A further 3 steps leads you up to a small hallway, where the master bedroom, a toilet and the third bathroom are located. The recently renovated bathroom has a double basin and a shower. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, spacious wardrobes and a balcony with a beautiful view over the garden and surrounding area. In the distance you can see the village of Tourrettes.
