The living room is warmly decorated with a cozy sitting area and tv. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen next to the living room.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. In total there are 3 bathrooms, 1 is adjacent to a bedroom. Also from the bedrooms you can enjoy the impressive view.
The house has a large covered terrace with dining table where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and admire a beautiful sunset in the evening.
At the pool there are comfortable sun loungers and cozy sitting areas where you can relax with a good book or a drink while enjoying the breathtaking view. The 9.5 m by 4 m swimming pool provides the necessary cooling during the summer months but there is also a possibility to heat the pool on request in Spring and Autumn. There is an alarm to ensure safety towards your children.
The garden is completely fenced. Through an entrance gate you enter a large driveway where there is space to can several cars.
There are also toys and drawing materials available for the children in the house. Such as water toys for the pool.
For an occupancy of up to 8 people, there is therefore enough comfort and privacy to spend a wonderful holiday.
At the beginning of 2025, the swimming pool underwent a thorough renovation. The hanging ladder in the pool has been replaced with a built-in staircase, providing easier and more comfortable access to the water. In the spring, we will visit the property to take new photos to showcase the recent improvements.
There are also 2 bicycles available and there are beautiful cycling trips in the area!
From Maison Martel it is only a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute (1.5 km) walk to the center of the picturesque village of Lorgues. Here you will find several supermarkets and restaurants and cafes with cozy terraces. In addition, only 200 meters from the house is a completely new sports complex with skate park and the like. Good for sports enthusiasts to let off steam.
The area around Lorgues offers many possibilities such as pedalo, horseback riding, canoeing, beautiful walks, climbing, golfing, quad biking and even gliding. Together with the lively Provencal villages in the region, it is very centrally located. The location offers many possibilities for wonderful day trips.
Lorgues has all amenities in terms of shops, markets and excellent restaurants and terraces.
Beach lovers can be there within 40 minutes (Sainte Maxime and Fréjus).
Nice (airport) is a 60 minute drive. The famous seaside resort of Saint Tropez is a 55-minute drive away and the beautiful student city of Aix-en-Provence can be reached within 75 minutes. In addition, there is the beautiful Gorges du Verdon, (45 minutes) with the Lac de Sainte Croix and the colorful lavender fields, which are well worth a visit.

Maison Martel
Wat hebben we genoten van de woning. Het huis is comfortabel, zeer compleet en erg ruim.
De ligging op slechts een kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum van Lorgues is ook ideaal. De schoonmaak was alleen niet erg goed gedaan. Helaas waren sommige dingen ronduit smerig. Dat gasten spullen kunnen laten staan voor volgende gasten is op zich geen probleem, maar om nou een rol deo in badkamerkastjes te laten staan is niet ok. Het zwembad werd twee x per week gecontroleerd en toch hadden we last van algenaanslag. De lokale contactpersoon is hiervoor langsgekomen en heeft het zwembadwater een boost gegeven waarna het water voor ruim twee dagen troebel was en een aantal van ons oorpijn kregen. Dit lijkt mij niet de bedoeling. Bij het zwembad stonden tevens twee bedjes die kapot waren en er dus niet hadden moeten staan en een aantal bedjes en parasols die in zeer slechte staat waren. Dit was erg jammer. Dit zijn puntjes die eenvoudig opgelost kunnen worden en waardoor een verblijf nog plezieriger wordt.
Een geweldig en zeer compleet huis met genoeg ruimte, een heerlijk overdekt terras en een mooi zwembad. Wij hebben genoten. De liggen ten opzichte van het centrum van Lorgues is ook goed, slechts 15 minuten lopen.
