You drive past the electric entrance gate with a 100m driveway where you will find ample parking, to enter Les Vendanges Tardives. There is a sunny terrace with a bistro set where you can drink your coffee in the morning, from where you have a magnificent view on the village centre of Flayosc.
You will find a modern provencal living room with sliding doors to the spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen with various appliances including an American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 burner electric stove and a Senseo. In the hallway there is a guest toilet, storage room, the first double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You have a built-in wardrobe for your clothes in the hallway. There is a washing machine and dryer in the double garage.
On the first floor there are 4 light bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink and another bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Each bedroom on the first floor has a built-in wardrobe.
The villa has 2 air conditioning units in the hallway, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. There is also wifi internet from Starlink with high download and upload speed, chrome cast TV, floor heating via a heat pump and there is an electric plancha. A water softener has been installed and the house is equipped with solar panels.
It is possible to have the swimming pool heated on request (supplement) in spring and autumn (with the exception of July and August, when the water already has a wonderful temperature).

Les vendanges Tardives enjoys a prime location in the center of Flayosc. It is a 2-minute walk to the main street with a square with several terraces, nice shops, a small supermarket, the bakery, a cheesemonger La Fromagerie Laitable and a variety of delicious restaurants including La Salle a Manger, Le Cigalon and Fleur de Thym. There is also restaurant L’Oustaou (Michelin cooking), Lou Farniente (world cuisine in Flayosc) and Café du Commerce with its beautiful terrace by the fountain and the delicious artisan ice creams. There is a nice market on Monday mornings, a large wine cooperative with the delicious light rosé from Provence and the large supermarkets including Carrefour are a 15-minute drive to Draguignan.
The area is ideal for beautiful walks, visiting wine chateaux to taste the famous light Provence rose and visiting the markets of Flayosc, Draguignan and Lorgues. The beautiful bright blue lake Lac Ste Croix is a 40-minute drive away, where various water sports are possible and the beaches of Frejus, Ste Maxime and Les Issambres are 45 minutes away.
