Nestled at the edge of the vibrant Provençal village of Lorgues lies Les Terrasses des Bosquets – a spacious 260 m² Provençal-style villa set on an expansive 4,200 m² plot. Surrounded by pine trees, oleanders, lavender, and rosemary, this villa offers tranquility, privacy, and an authentic taste of Southern France. It’s the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, just 3 km from the center of Lorgues, 45 minutes from the coast (Fréjus/Saint-Tropez), and close to the unspoiled nature of the Gorges du Verdon.

INTERIOR

The villa features six exceptionally spacious bedrooms (each over 30 m²), five modern bathrooms, and an inviting living space designed with comfort and ambiance in mind. The living room is elegantly furnished with cozy sofas and boasts high ceilings for an open, airy atmosphere. Positioned behind the conservatory, it remains pleasantly cool even on warmer days – perfect for reading, catching up with friends, or enjoying a peaceful evening indoors.

While the open layout encourages socializing, the villa also offers ample space to unwind in privacy. Whether you’re listening to music on the Sonos system, sipping wine by the fireplace, or playing a board game at the large table in the conservatory, the living room truly forms the heart of the home – where comfort and atmosphere go hand in hand.

Adjacent to the living area is the bright conservatory, a second lounge space with garden and pool views. This enclosed room offers a comfortable seating area and an extra table, ideal for quiet moments, family games, or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. With its large windows, it’s a warm and inviting space – even on cooler days.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, generous worktops, and everything you need to cook for a larger group. From here, you have direct access to a panoramic terrace with a large dining table – perfect for long al fresco dinners.

The villa is fitted with air conditioning, a Sonos sound system, fast Wi-Fi (also available in the work areas), and ambient lighting both indoors and outdoors – extending into the garden and around the pool. All beds feature high-quality box spring mattresses with toppers (except for the single beds).

Bedroom layout and levels

The villa is built on a gentle slope and is spread over two levels:

Lower garden level (pool level):

Bedroom 1 (sleeps up to 4): Spacious room with a 180 cm box spring and a connecting door to a separate sleeping/office area with two single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The office space includes a quality workspace and strong Wi-Fi connection.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): Generous room with a 160 cm double bed, a separate toilet, and a modern, semi-open bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2): Room with 180 cm box spring, private toilet, and semi-open bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. This room also offers a dedicated workspace and good Wi-Fi.

Upper entrance level (rez-de-chaussée):

This level includes the main entrance, a wood storage area, pétanque court, and ample parking space.

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2): Features a 180 cm box spring and a luxurious, semi-open bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, and double sink. The room has large built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2): A slightly smaller double room with a 160 cm box spring. This room uses a private external bathroom across the hallway with a bath, shower, and toilet. Built-in wardrobes are also provided.

Bedroom 6: A sixth bedroom is available on request and can be prepared for rental upon agreement.

EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by multiple terraces, both sunny and shaded, as well as inviting seating areas with comfortable garden furniture. The lower terrace is home to a beautifully designed organic-shaped pool with integrated jacuzzi – a stunning spot to cool off during the day or relax under the stars at night.

Adjacent to the pool area are the garage and a practical pantry equipped with an additional fridge, freezer, and coffee machine – ideal for enjoying breakfast by the pool, grabbing a drink, or spending relaxed evenings outdoors without needing to return upstairs to the main kitchen.

The Mediterranean-style garden features a lush mix of pine trees, oleanders, lavender, and rosemary, creating a peaceful and natural setting that blends seamlessly with the Provençal landscape. Thanks to the spacious grounds and surrounding greenery, you’ll enjoy complete privacy, with plenty of room to sunbathe, relax, or share meals outdoors.
