Exterior
The villa is set on a gated plot offering plenty of privacy and features a large private swimming pool with a diving board. Around the pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar stools and a barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings.
The spacious terrace is partly covered, allowing you to sit or dine both in the sun and in the shade. There is ample parking space on the property, as well as an electric car charging point (usage included in the rental price).
Interior
The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. The living area features a cozy seating area with a TV (suitable for streaming services) and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction cooktop, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a fridge-freezer combination.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making the property ideal for two couples or a family. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Additionally, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
New photos will be taken in spring, once the property has been further styled and decorated.
Location
The villa is located in a quiet residential area (lotissement) approximately a 15-minute walk from the center of Sainte-Maxime and the beaches. Sainte-Maxime is known for its charming old town, lively promenade, restaurants, and various beach clubs.
The famous Saint-Tropez is about 15 km away and can be reached by car or easily by ferry (Bateaux Verts), ideal for a day trip.
Please note: the property is situated in a quiet area where strict noise regulations apply. Loud music and disturbances are not allowed, and after 10:00 PM, peace and quiet must be respected.
