Le Charmeur is a charming villa for 4 guests, set in a quiet, green area near the atmospheric village of Carcès and surrounded by an old olive grove. Here you can enjoy privacy and a relaxed holiday atmosphere, while the village with its pleasant terraces is just a short walking distance away.
The recently created private swimming pool is stylishly integrated into the garden and invites you to unwind. The built-in bench in the water is a lovely spot to cool off, enjoy the sun and sip a drink at your leisure.
The villa is tastefully furnished and well maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming feel. Air conditioning provides extra comfort during warmer days. The compact yet practical layout makes this villa particularly suitable for a stay with four guests.

EXTERIOR
You enter the property through a gate, with ample parking space available next to the villa. There is also a carport available, allowing you to park the car in the shade. Le Charmeur is quietly located in a former olive grove and surrounded by a well-maintained garden with natural vegetation. Several cosy seating areas are spread across the grounds, allowing you to find a pleasant spot in the sun or shade at any time of day.
The recently created saltwater swimming pool is small but perfectly formed and has been designed with great care and style. A wide staircase leads gradually to the deeper section, while the built-in bench around the pool makes it an ideal place to sit comfortably in the water, cool off or enjoy a drink. Comfortable sun loungers are arranged around the pool for relaxing in the sun.
The terrace with dining table and gas barbecue is a lovely spot for long lunches or a relaxed dinner outdoors. The old olive trees provide natural shade during the summer months and add to the Provençal atmosphere. Thanks to the quiet setting and green surroundings, you will enjoy a high level of privacy here.
The villa is within walking distance of the medieval Provençal village of Carcès (approximately 1.5 km). Here you will find several bakeries, a butcher, well-stocked supermarkets, bicycle rental, cosy bars and inviting restaurants.
INTERIOR
You enter Le Charmeur, a light and welcoming villa where the summery Provençal atmosphere is immediately apparent. The pleasant natural light and open layout create a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. The cosy seating area by the fireplace makes this a lovely place to unwind together, also outside the high season.
To the right, you will find a separate study area with a spacious desk, the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom is generously sized and well maintained, featuring a large walk-in shower and a double washbasin. The separate toilet is located in the hallway.
The living area flows seamlessly into the spacious open kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped with, among other things, a ceramic hob, combination microwave/oven and dishwasher. A pleasant space to cook together and start or end the day at ease.
Adjoining the living area is the charming conservatory, furnished with a cosy round dining table and a comfortable seating area. With views over the garden and olive trees, this is a delightful place for your first coffee in the morning, a leisurely lunch or a quiet moment in the shade.
From the kitchen, French doors open onto the terrace with pergola, where you can sit beneath the wisteria and fully enjoy the Provençal outdoor lifestyle. Le Charmeur is fully air-conditioned and offers a comfortable and relaxing stay in every season.
