INTERIOR

You enter La Maison sous le Noyer through the enclosed kitchen, which is fully equipped and features a cosy breakfast bar. It is a pleasant spot to enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the morning, have a cup of coffee, or share a glass of wine later in the day. The kitchen is practical and forms a welcoming introduction to the house.

To the right of the entrance is a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer single-level living. From the kitchen, you walk through to the living room, furnished with a comfortable seating area and a cosy fireplace. This is the heart of the house, a warm and inviting space to relax together.

The house has a playful layout with a small split-level design. Short staircases on either side of the seating area lead to the two other bedrooms, located to the left and right of the living space. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy. Between these two staircases, slightly elevated above the seating area, is the charming dining area, which overlooks the living space beautifully.

EXTERIOR

A long driveway leads to La Maison sous le Noyer, peacefully situated on a spacious plot offering plenty of privacy. There is ample private parking for several cars on the property. The well-maintained garden surrounding the house blends seamlessly into the open landscape of vineyards and rolling hills.

At the front of the house, you will find a spacious terrace with a large dining table, perfect for long outdoor meals. Right next to the terrace is the private saltwater based* swimming pool, naturally becoming the focal point of outdoor living. The pool is accessible via a gate, providing extra safety for young children.

Around the pool, there are sun loungers, cushions and several shaded areas, including beneath the large walnut tree from which the house takes its name. Pool accessories are also provided, so everything is in place for relaxed days outdoors.

Both inside and outside the house, attention has been paid to comfort and a welcoming atmosphere, with attractive tableware and practical amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The setting is rural and peaceful, while the village of Salernes is just a short distance away. Here you will find supermarkets, bakeries, a weekly market and cosy cafés.

* Note regarding the saltwater pool: Although the pool operates with a saltwater system, it may be necessary to temporarily add chlorine tablets during the hottest summer months. Extreme heat and heavy use (such as frequent swimming and the use of sunscreen) can reduce the system’s efficiency and impact water quality.
