Interior
La Maison des Trois Garçons has been recently renovated and offers a fresh, comfortable interior with space for 6 adults and 2 children. The villa features four bedrooms: three with double beds and one children’s room with a bunk bed – ideal for families.
There are two bathrooms: the first has a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and sink. The second toilet is in the entrance hall.
The open-plan kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher – perfect for preparing meals together using fresh Provençal ingredients. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table, and a separate lounge space with a comfortable seating area and a flatscreen TV.
For entertainment, the villa is well-equipped with a large 55-inch flatscreen TV, high-speed fiber internet, a PlayStation, and a portable Sonos speaker. Board games are also available to complete your cozy evenings indoors.
The house is air-conditioned throughout, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on the hottest summer days. A well-maintained and welcoming space where comfort and ambiance go hand in hand.

Prachtige woning in een rustige omgeving
Prachtige villa met mooi, perfect onderhouden zwembad. Mooie grote onderhouden tuin. Het huis werd volledig opgefrist begin 2025. Een echte aanrader.
