La Jolie Bastide is a charming and fully equipped holiday villa for 6 adults and 2 children. The property is located just outside the lively village of Salernes, on a fenced plot of approximately 1,200 m². Surrounding the villa is a beautifully landscaped, flower-filled garden with Mediterranean plants and several pleasant seating areas. From the terrace and pool, you can enjoy a wide, unobstructed view over the green valley. The villa features a private pool (9 x 4 m), various sunny and shaded terraces, comfortable sun loungers and a large gas barbecue – perfect for relaxed outdoor living.
INTERIOR
Inside, the house is bright and offers all modern comforts. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge-freezer, a 6 stoves induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. In the adjoining utility room, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer, and there is an extra fridge in the garage. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and features a large table for 6 to 8 people.
The living room has a comfortable seating area, a TV with Dutch and Flemish channels (via CanalDigitaal), a DVD player and Chromecast. A second TV with Xbox is located next to the dining area, and a third TV with satellite receiver is found in the study – perfect if not everyone wants to watch the same thing.
On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom (bed 180×200 cm) with direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet in the hallway.
Upstairs you’ll find three more bedrooms: two rooms with double beds (180×200 cm) and one children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (90×200 cm), suitable for children up to approximately 15 years. A baby cot can be added on request.
This floor also features a second bathroom with shower, bathtub and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
EXTERIOR
The garden and terraces invite you to relax. Whether you prefer to sunbathe, read a book in the shade, or enjoy a meal under the trees – it’s all possible here. The pool is naturally treated with salt and safely covered with an electric rolling cover. Everything is in place for a carefree holiday in a peaceful and green environment.
The villa offers fast fibre-optic internet and is equipped with a charging station for electric or hybrid cars – simply bring your own cable to use it.
La Jolie Bastide is a welcoming and well-maintained holiday home with a beautifully kept garden, plenty of privacy, and stunning views – ideal for families or friends looking to unwind and enjoy the south of France at their own pace.
