INTERIOR
La Farigola is a beautiful and stylishly furnished house on a private plot of 4500 m2. The house is spacious and has an open kitchen on the ground floor with direct access to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, 4-ring electric cooker, oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator, two freezers, a dishwasher and a filter coffee machine.
The bright living room has a dining table, sitting area with TV (international channels), DVD, Radio/CD player, fire place and wireless internet. From both the living room, dining room and kitchen you have folding doors leading onto the partly covered terrace. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which can both heat and cool.
On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and basin.
On the first floor are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bath/shower and wash basin.
EXTERIOR
Villa La Farigola has a beautifully landscaped and fully fenced garden of 4500m2 with a private and heated swimming pool.
The swimming pool is 5 x 10 m and the paddling pool 4.5 x 4.5 m, for children making the property very suitable for families. In May until end of October the pool is heated to 26 C. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols and a covered terrace with a large dining table and gas barbecue.
There is ample parking space with an access road. The parking area can also be used for a game of jeu de boules (petanque).
This villa provides an very tranquil location on a cul-de-sac road. The house is situated between St Antonin and Lorgues, 3 kms from Lorgues, where you will find bakers, butcher, fish monger, various supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provençal markets. A special attraction is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are located 35 kms away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/ Hyères are all reachable within 1 hour.
