EXTERIOR
Colline du Soleil is a charming Provencal villa with a private heated pool suitable for 6 people, situated on a south-facing slope with phenomenal views of a small village around the Pont Argens (bridge over the river Argens).
The privacy of Colline du Soleil is sublime with no (visible) adjacent houses from the garden and pool. It is situated on a private plot of 3800m2.
Next to the pool is an outdoor shower, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, a gas barbecue and a jeu de boules court.
The pool is heated from the end of April to the end of October.
On the terrace from the living room there is a lovely dining table and large parasol, from where a beautiful view over the valley and the pool. It is particularly pleasant to relax on the pool terrace after sunset. The combination of the beautifully lit garden, the terraces and the pool will make an unforgettable impression. The pool and terrace are fully fenced, making the house suitable for (small) children. For those who like some effort, there is also a beautifully landscaped jeu de boules court.
Around the entire house there are terraces with different seating areas, so you can find a nice spot in the sun or shade at any time of the day. There is a covered pergola on the side of the pool. There is parking for several cars and there is an entrance gate.
INTERIOR
The open kitchen has large patio doors to the terrace and is equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, etc. The adjoining living room has a TV with international channels, there is a DVD and Blueray reader and a cozy fireplace. Wi-Fi Internet is available. There is a mobile air con in the living room.
The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and a double bed of 160x200m. There is a (separate) bathroom with shower, two sinks, a washing machine and a dryer.
The second (blue) bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a cot and a high chair available and there are mosquito nets on the windows in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a mobile air conditioning.
The third bedroom is in the garden in a chalet with a bed of 160x200m and has a toilet and sink. The chalet is equipped with heating and mosquito nets and has a beautiful view over the pool and the valley.
