EXTERIOR
Colline du Soleil is a charming Provençal villa with a heated private swimming pool suitable for 6 people, situated on a south-facing slope with phenomenal views of a small village around the Pont Argens (bridge over the river Argens).
The privacy of Colline du Soleil is sublime, with no (visible) neighboring houses visible from the garden and the pool. It is located on a private plot of 3,800 m².
Next to the pool is an outdoor shower, plenty of comfortable sun loungers, a gas barbecue, and a pétanque court. The pool can be closed with a roller shutter.
The pool is heated from the end of April to the end of October.
On the terrace, accessible from the living room, there is a lovely dining table and a large pergola, offering a beautiful view of the valley and the pool. It is particularly pleasant to relax on the pool terrace after sunset. The combination of the beautifully illuminated garden, the terraces, and the pool will leave an unforgettable impression. The swimming pool and terrace are fully fenced, making the house suitable for (small) children. For those who enjoy some physical activity, there is also a beautifully landscaped pétanque court with lighting so you can play in the evening as well.
Terraces with various seating areas surround the entire house, ensuring you can find a nice spot in the sun or shade at any time of day. There is a covered pergola by the pool. There is parking for several cars and an entrance gate.
From March 2027, a charging station for an electric car will be available at the home.
INTERIOR
The open-plan kitchen features large French doors opening onto the terrace and is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, etc. The adjoining living room has a TV with international channels, a DVD and Blu-ray player, and a cozy fireplace. Wi-Fi is available.
The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and a 160x200cm double bed. This includes a bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The second (blue) bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Incidentally, 2 bed rails can be found in the wardrobe for young children, for example.
A cot and a high chair are available, and there are mosquito nets on the bedroom windows.
The third bedroom is located in the garden in a chalet with a 160x200cm bed, toilet, and sink. The chalet is equipped with Daikin air conditioners with reversible air conditioning for heating and cooling, mosquito nets, and has a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the valley.
The property is equipped with a modern, quiet, integrated cooling system that ensures a very pleasant indoor climate. Thanks to excellent insulation and high-quality windows, the house remains draft-free and comfortable. Each room has its own control system, allowing guests to easily set their ideal temperature. All of this makes the property extra comfortable in all seasons.

Top woning op een mooie locatie, Lorgues prima met de auto te bereiken en schitterend uitzicht
De woning bevindt zich tegen een bergwand. Steile oprit maar het woonoppervlakte is allemaal op hetzelfde nivo en vlak. Her en der een afstap. Diverse terrassen met schaduwplekken. Ligbedden eondom het zwembad en een goed uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Het ontbreekt je aan niets. Verwarmd zwembad en airco in de woning en slaapkamers! Kortom een fantastisch verblijf. De nederlands sprekende beheerder is eveneens top, vriendelijk en denkt mee. We kijken er met plezier op terug!
Prachtig uitzicht! Alles klopt zoals u het op de foto’s ziet in de advertentie.
Ietwat oudere woning maar rondom (buiten) mooi gerenoveerd. Airco werkt perfect, woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Planten en zwembad worden uitstekend verzorgd. Jammer genoeg geen WiFi in de week dat wij er waren maar dit vonden we niet zo erg. Opgelet voor de vele wespen maar die vind je natuurlijk overal. Een 2de parasol aan het zwembad hebben we wel gemist. Het contact met de beheerder was aangenaam. We hebben er een zalige week beleefd.

Bij Colline du Soleil hebben we een fantastische 2 weken doorgebracht. Veruit onze beste vakantie ervaring ooit in Frankrijk! De samenwerking met Qhome was heel professioneel en correct.
Situation exceptionnelle
Situation exceptionnelle pour passer des vacances ressourçantes et tranquilles. Le soleil et la piscine sont des atouts indiscutables.
