This modernly furnished villa is located on the popular Domaine de Rive de l’Ardèche and features a private saltwater pool (7 x 4 m), air conditioning, a fully enclosed garden and direct access to the river. Interior
Inside, the villa offers a bright and spacious atmosphere. The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace and garden. The open-plan layout creates a seamless flow between the living spaces, making it the perfect spot to gather with family or friends. A foosball table adds an extra touch of fun for both kids and adults.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer. A Nespresso machine ensures you can start every morning with a delicious cup of coffee. The adjacent dining area offers a welcoming space to enjoy meals together while looking out over the garden.
The villa has four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and features two comfortable single beds (80×200 cm). Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms: two with twin beds (also 80×200 cm) and a smaller room with a 140×200 cm double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a good night’s sleep even during the warmest summer nights.
There are two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a bathtub and sink, and another upstairs with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer — ideal for longer stays or families with children. An additional toilet is located in the hallway.
Upstairs, a charming covered loggia with a table and chairs offers a peaceful spot to enjoy a coffee or read a book while overlooking the garden.
Exterior
The outdoor area of this villa has been thoughtfully designed to offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The fully enclosed garden features a private saltwater pool (7 x 4 metres) with an electric cover for added safety. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, while a lounge corner and large dining table invite you to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors.
Children will love the trampoline, and the pétanque court promises fun-filled competitions for the whole group. A barbecue is also available for cooking up delicious meals al fresco.
The garden is fully fenced and lockable — a great reassurance for families with young children. At the front of the house, there’s a shaded carport with space for two vehicles, keeping them cool and protected.
