This comfortable ‘en pierre’ town villa is situated about 500 meters from the cosy centre of Les-Arcs, with its many cosy restaurants and bars. The villa is situated in the historical part of the small town.
Through a staircase with entrance gate at the front side of the street, you will reach the first floor, where you will find the spacious living room with an open kitchen. The open kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is internet and a large smart TV.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room next to the living room. There is also a guest toilet. From the living room you can go through the cozy loggia with airconditioning, lounge corner and TV, to the outside area with a terrace and the pool. The pool has a depth of about 2 metres and is accessed via a metal staircase with two steps. The pool has no fence at the edge, so be careful if you travel with small children. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a lounge set to relax and enjoy the sun.
On the other side of the living room there is a larger terrace at the front of the house. On this terrace you can find a dining table and BBQ. The terraces are connected.
In the living room there is a staircase to the lower floor where there are 2 bedrooms. The bedroom with 2 single beds gives acces to a spacious shower with washbasin. The other larger bedroom has a bed of 200*180cm and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms there is a separate toilet, the bathroom is shared.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom with a luxury box-spring bed has an ‘open’ and ensuite bathroom with bath and double washbasin. The doors left and right of the washbasins give you access to the toilet and shower. In the room there are ample storage facilities. The ‘master’ has air conditioning.
The other bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and single washbasin and there is a separate toilet.
A part of the villa has air conditioning (1 room downstairs and in the master bedroom and winter garden) and the other rooms have fans.
The villa is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy, even though it is situated in the outskirts of the centre. The house has central heating, so also very suitable for the late season.
It is about 5 minutes walk to the centre of Les-Arcs, where you will find the baker, butcher and several terraces and restaurants. There is also a very large supermarket: the Hyper U, where you really can find everything you want. Also Lidl has recently opened a supermarket in Les-Arcs.
In the area there are numerous wine châteaux and the famous Provencal markets. We recommend the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Tropez are 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyères are all within 1 hour reach.

Bastide la Tone
Op het eerste gezicht een mooi huis maar niet schoon bij aankomst. En na een paar dagen was ook duidelijk dat het huis wat onderhoud nodig heeft en er nog geklust werd.
Mooi huis in leuk dorp, op loopafstand van een bakker. Heerlijk zwembad voor de warme dagen.
Maar airco in de slaapkamer werkt niet. Keuken was vies en toe aan vervanging. Vaatwasser hing half uit elkaar. Het huis heeft echt wat aandacht nodig.
