The surface of the villa is 130m² on a plot of land of 4500m² and consists on the ground floor of a cozy living room with sitting area, tv and wood stove, opening to the terrace.There are wooden beams in the ceiling, that add a lot of charm. Recently a babyfoot has been added. Connected with the sitting area is a dining room with dining table for 6 people, also with stove, and stairs that lead to the first floor.The stoves are decorative and must not be used for safety reasons.
Next is the kitchen and here too the authentic character has been preserved. Yet it is also very functional, with cupboard space, a gas cooker (4 burners) but also induction, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso and filter), ice cube machine, fridge and freezer. Everything to bring out the best cook in ourselves with the necessary local ingredients and to surprise our company with a delicious meal.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (mattress thickness 35 and 25cm), one with a new annex bathroom and another with a separate bathroom. Both have a shower and wash bassin.
On the first floor there is 1 more bedroom with two single beds (standard thickness of the matress). The beds are set up together by default, but they can be separated and made up individually upon request.
The house has air conditioning in all the bedrooms. In winter, it can also be used as heating.
The outdoor area is large and is accessible from the rural road through an electric gate. There is ample parking space next to the villa.
On the spacious tiled terrace you can find some shade during the hottest part of the day under the covered area and you have a wide view over the green garden and the swimming pool with pool house. The pool is 10x6m and goes up to 1.8m deep. There are comfortable sun loungers and a sitting area all around. In the pool house you have an outdoor kitchen, with gas cooker, dishwasher and fridge, to quickly have everything at hand. An outdoor shower and toilet is also provided.
For enthusiasts, there is also a table tennis table and, moreover, a brand-new foosball table.

Easily connected to the villages of Lorgues, Flayosc and Les-Arcs-sur-Argens, each a 10-minute drive away. The first beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Maxime are located 35 km from the house, so certainly feasible for a day trip by the sea.
The region has a lot of sights and nice markets and restaurants / terraces to provide a varied program. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must. The wine chateaus in the area are also worth a visit.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met super zwembad
Het huis was prima in orde. De boel was goed schoon en fris.
We spreken niet goed Frans, dus hebben google translate gebruikt voor de contacten met de beheerders. Zij wonen naast bastide de nine en zijn verder erg discreet. Alleen bij vragen handelen ze direct. Dat is erg fijn.
Ook wij hadden last van ratten buiten in de tuin en op de muren van het huis. We hebben zelfs eentje gevangen. De beheerder heeft gif uitgezet, maar daar zijn ze zelfs immuun voor. We hebben later wel een dode rat gevonden en weggegooid.
Het zwembad met ligbedden was geweldig. Er was regelmatig onderhoud.
We hadden de airco zo weinig mogelijk aan, maar waren echt blij dat we konden koelen als het nodig was. Wel is het jammer dat ramen en deuren ‘s nachts niet open konden omdat er geen horren aanwezig zijn.
We waren met ons vieren, dat paste goed in het huis. We vonden het huis niet geschikt voor 6 mensen.
De bedden zijn niet echt geschikt voor grote stevige Nederlanders. We hebben wat geschipperd met de kamers. De beheerster heeft voor ons nog twee extra bedden op de bovenste slaapkamer gemaakt. We waren te groot om met twee personen in de bedden beneden te liggen.
Maar, … we zouden er zo weer naar toe gaan. Het is een mooi huis en een prachtige omgeving. We hebben genoten en echt vakantie gevierd.

Dank voor jullie uitgebreide review! Fijn om te horen dat jullie hebben genoten. Vervelend van de ratten die aanwezig waren, dat is echt niet prettig. We strooien inderdaad gif om dit tegen te gaan en gelukkig is dat meestal een succes. Helaas hebben jullie er wel last van gehad, onze excuses daarvoor! We hopen jullie een volgende keer weer in een Q Home woning te mogen ontvangen.
Contacten met Qhome keurig en zakelijk, contact ter plaatse vonden we beperkt en moeizaam.
De dame die ons zou ontvangen zagen we niet, maar wel haar echtgenoot. Ze spraken beiden geen woord Engels en deden niet hun best om langzaam Frans te praten. De man kwam ook met een sigaar in zijn mond ons erf op, raar.Daarnaast waren wij niet op de hoogte dat de beheerder min of meer op het terrein woont en hij via een camera de oprit in de gaten hield. Toen wij een sleutel wilden uitproberen op de garage, was hij zeer argwanend en gaf aan dat we niet moesten denken dat we daarin komden komen, dat dat zijn terrein was. Het was moeizaam om een goede beveiligde wifi te krijgen en hij gaf aan dat de ventilatie onder de veranda niet was aangesloten, maar lter bleek dat die het wel deed, maar dat de afstandsbediening in een afgesloten kast lag. Water van het zwembad werd laat bijgevuld, het piepte regelmatig in het zwembadhuis omdat de waterstand te laag was. Dan hadden we nog een rattenplaag, daar werd mee aan de slag gegaan, maar ze liepen soms tegen de muren van het huis op.
Mooi huis, geen horren aanwezig, wel fijn dat er airco was. Heerlijk zwembad en fijne tuin met goede ligbedden. Servies/glazen kan wat ruimer voor 6 personen, dan hoef je niet steeds af te wassen, pannen in de keuken zijn ruim aanwezig.
Ik vind het altijd jammer dat er niet wat basiskruiden aanwezig zijn in deze kwaliteit huizen, nu moet je steeds alles kopen, terwijl aanvullen ook prima zou werken.
Fijn verblijf gehad, maar het was ons niet helemaal duidelijk dat de beheerders met 2 honden (die toch regelmatig blafden als zij er niet waren) er naast woonde.
