Looking out over the rolling hills of Provence, this charming property, just outside the lively village of Flayosc, is the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquility. Upon arrival, there is ample parking and a table tennis table for relaxation and fun.
Once inside the gates, you’ll find a delightful outdoor space with a covered terrace and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and entertainment for both adults and children, as the pool is safely fenced. Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers, and a covered terrace provides the necessary shade.
Entering through the front door, on the right, there is a hallway leading to the first bedroom and bathroom (with a bathtub) and the door to the kitchen. The kitchen is simple but equipped with all modern conveniences, with French doors leading to the outdoor terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room, where an extra refrigerator is located, along with the washing machine and dryer. Through this space, a door leads to the second bedroom on the ground floor.
Behind the front door, on the left, you’ll find the comfortable dining and living room with large French doors leading outside. The television is connected to Canal Digitaal with a wide range of TV channels (including all Dutch channels).
From the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor, where two bedrooms and a bathroom are located. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
For the upcoming rental season, some furniture adjustments will be made. For example, the beds and mattresses in the three bedrooms upstairs will be replaced, a new sofa will be added to the living room, and new patio chairs will be added to the large outdoor dining table. All of this is to make your stay even more enjoyable.
