Discover Villa Peygros: a stunning detached villa of 220m² in the mountains of Fayence/Mons, offering breathtaking views of the Esterel Mountains and the Bay of Fréjus. Just 50 minutes from the beach, close to the Terre Blanche golf course, and nestled between the charming villages of Mons and Fayence.
Villa Peygros is a typical Provencal villa with a (heated) private swimming pool of 9 by 4m (depth 1m60) and plenty of relaxing areas around it and a covered terrace with a lovely BBQ corner. The bright, spacious living room has an open, modern kitchen. The bathrooms are brand new and you will find an interior design with a mix of Provencal and Scandinavian furniture. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a children’s playroom and a fully equipped gym.
There is a spacious fenced area of one hectare and in addition to the private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and a relaxation corner, there is a trampoline, swing, climbing frame, football field and basketball for the children.

Exterior
The ground floor leads to a spacious terrace of approximately 50 m² with a comfortable lounge sofa, a dining area for 8 people, and a barbecue. One level down is the private pool (9 x 4 m), surrounded by a shaded terrace with a large corner sofa and 6 sun loungers. The pool can be heated in the spring and autumn.
The property covers over 1 hectare and features a football pitch, children’s trampoline, swing, and climbing frame. In short: a wonderful, spacious, and very child-friendly home.
The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee in the spring and autumn (except in July and August, when the water is already at a wonderful temperature).
Interior
The first floor comprises two bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop and various appliances, including two fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and espresso machine.
The bright living room features a comfortable seating area with a fireplace, a Sonos sound system, Chromecast, Apple TV, and, of course, Wi-Fi. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and the Bay of Fréjus. The living room and 1 bedroom on the first floor are equipped with airconditioning.
On the lower level, you’ll find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a children’s bedroom with four beds, a separate shower room, a spacious children’s playroom, and a fully equipped fitness room.

Villa Peygros is located exactly between the authentic village of Mons and the famous lively village of Fayence with its many delicious restaurants. It is just fifteen minutes by car to the center of these 2 villages. The area is ideal for beautiful walks, visiting wine chateaux to taste the famous light Provence rose and visiting the markets of Seillans and Fayence. The beautiful bright blue lake Lac de St-Cassien, where various water sports are possible, is 20 minutes away and the beaches of Frejus, Theoule sur Mer and Cannes are 50 minutes away. 20 minutes to the beautiful Terre Blanche golf course with its culinary restaurant, absolutely worth a visit.

Comfortabel, ruim huis. Rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht en lekker zwembad..
Leuk, ruim en comfortabel huis met lekker zwembad en veel verschillende plekken om te zitten. Mooie hoge ligging, ongeveer 15/20 autominuten van diverse dorpen. Moderne en frisse inrichting. Een deel van het meubilair is wat versleten of begint stuk te gaan en we hadden wat kleine andere ongemakken, maar niks problematisch.

Heel stijlvol
Mooi villa, heel rustig gelegen zonder inkijk. Stijlvol interieur met kwaliteitsmaterialen, ruim voor 2 gezinnen.
Gewoon goed
Gewoon goed, realistisch prijzig. Heerlijk huis, stond ook vermeld geen airco/ventilator dat was wel warm in de slaapkamer.

Bedankt voor de fijne review! Goed om te horen dat jullie het huis als heerlijk hebben ervaren. Inmiddels hebben we een kleine aanpassing gedaan: er is nu overal airconditioning aanwezig. Alleen in de slaapkamer op de benedenverdieping niet, omdat deze door de ligging van nature koeler blijft.
Hopelijk mogen we jullie in de toekomst nog eens verwelkomen!
