Villa L’Escalet is a tastefully decorated villa for 8 people with stunning views. It features a beautifully landscaped garden and a heated and fenced private pool measuring 5×10 meters, making it ideal for families with small children. The villa is within walking distance of the Provençal village of Callian (600 m), but due to the large 3000 m2 garden, the property enjoys a high level of privacy. For additional fun for the little ones, there is a trampoline and various children’s games, making the villa extremely suitable for families with children.

**EXTERIOR**
Villa L’Escalet boasts a beautifully landscaped and fully fenced terrain of 3000m2. An automatic gate provides access to the property, with parking space for 3 to 4 cars. The lovely heated (26C) and fenced pool of 10x5m comes with ample sunbeds, offering breathtaking views over the valley and the village of Callian.
The dining table is positioned under the covered part of the garden, providing ample shade. Additionally, there’s a large gas barbecue, a table tennis table, and a trampoline. The house is conveniently located within 600m walking distance from the village center, allowing you to easily fetch bread on foot. The village hosts various small shops and restaurants, while larger supermarkets are situated 2.5 km away.
The pool is heated to 26C in spring and fall for an additional fee of 100 euros per week. Between June 18 and September 10, there are no extra costs for pool heating, as the pool water naturally reaches a pleasant temperature during this period.
**INTERIOR**
Villa Escalet is tastefully decorated, featuring a living room with large French doors that provide stunning views of the valley and the village of Callian.
*Ground floor:*
The spacious living room is connected to the terrace through two doors and includes a cozy seating area with a fireplace, a TV (with international channels), DVD player, radio-CD player, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and induction hob.
This floor also accommodates 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, which can be joined together as a double bed. This room has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed and share a bathroom with a double sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet.
*First floor:*
Bedroom 4 on the first floor features a double bed, air conditioning, and French doors opening to the balcony with stunning views of Callian. Next to this room is the third bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sink. This floor also has a mezzanine with a single bed.
Two high chairs and two baby cots are available. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also provided.
