EXTERIOR
Villa les Iris is located just outside the pleasant village of Lorgues. With an fenced garden and a lovely heated swimming pool, which can be reached by a small staircase, this is an attractive holiday villa for up to 8 people. The heated swimming pool of over 8 by 4 meters has a walk-in staircase and has a depth of 1.2 meters.

The landscape garden is beautifully laid out on typical Provencal restanques (terraces).
Around the pool are several sun loungers, parasols and shady corners so that you can relax here. The outdoor kitchen next to the house and a large dining table for the whole group enjoy the shade of the trees and additional sun awning. It is equipped with a cooking unit, microwave and gas plancha. A pizza oven with wood ensures that you can make unforgettable pizza parties.

The terrace at the house is equipped with good sun awning. In the garden, large oaks give you good shady spots on warm sunny days.
You also find a jeu de boules area and a ping pong table for a fun game.
At the back of the villa there is spacious parking for several cars.

The villa is very centrally located, it is only a 45-minute drive to the coast and a 55-minute drive to Saint Tropez.

INTERIOR
Villa les Iris gives a peaceful impression. It is well maintained and has a modern interior. The living room is spacious and has a sitting area with a modern fireplace, flat screen TV and internet. The other part of the living room has a large dining table and is close to the kitchen.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities such as a separate oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, (N)espresso and filter coffee machine. A large American fridge with ice maker and a breakfast bar complete the kitchen.
The large sliding doors in the kitchen and living room lead to one of the outdoor terraces.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 in the closed upstairs room, above the living room. The rooms have plenty of storage space and are air-conditioned. One bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and separate toilet; a double bed – electrically adjustable – with quality mattresses. Bedroom two has 2 single electric beds of 90*200 (compatible). Room 3 has a bed of 160*200. The second, shared bathroom has a spacious shower, double sink and separate toilet. Room 4 is an upper room, accessible by the staircase in the living room, and has complete privacy. There are 2 single beds.
